ENT at Chesapeake Ear, Nose, and Throat including Dr. London and Tam Nguyen are defrauding the state by overcharge the patient. They do NOT perform half half the service they charge. The state is investigating the ENT service.

I love Dr Nguyen. She is so pleasant and gentle. I love her smile. I had an ear infection years ago and my ear actually hurt when touched. She was so understanding and gentle, I felt so much better after leaving her office ♥️♥️

Waited for 40 minutes. Treated for barely 5 min. Worst they got all my information wrong. My insurance information was input incorrect. My name was totally wrong. Almost forgot to give back my insurance card. Very unprofessional place. First time here. Never again.

We love Dr. Nguyen! She saw my son when he was around 2yo and was the doctor who suggested that my son might not be growing properly because of sleep apnea! After a sleep study, she recommended surgery to remove the adenoid, tonsils, and to also put in eartubes. She made us feel completely at ease with the procedure and answered all our questions. 2 years later, our son is doing great and is now on his second set of ear tube - which she also put in! Best doctor he helps my whole family from my grandpa all the way to my youngest daughter, very easy to talk too and very accommodating all the time never once had any problem and staff is very friendly

Dr. Nguyen is an awesome doctor! For the very first time, I have a PCP whom I feel like I've been heard. He gets really thorough with his assessments, and he makes sure that everything has been crossed. I'm very happy that I found a very competent primary physician that I asked him to be my husband's PCP as well :)

Dr. Nguyen is great! He is extremely approachable, friendly and eager to help. I was a bit nervous for my first visit because I hadn't been to the doctor in a long time but I was immediately put at ease by Dr. Nguyen and his friendly staff. He is very proactive which, I feel, is extremely important. Thanks Dr. Nguyen for being a top doc! I also just wanted to mention that he's quite a snazzy dresser.
