The facility is beautiful, clean, staff is wonderful. I appreciate they take their time to explain all the offerings, answer any questions, and make suggestions for YOU. I never felt rushed or that I was trying to be upsold, in fact, the PA went lighter on purpose to see how I would respond rather than selling me more units. Appreciate that so much.

Truly, the BEST in Annapolis! From the awesome array of services, including every kind of facial imaginable, to the smart approach to monthly memberships that make SelfCare budget-friendly, I highly recommend! Pam has a magic touch and is a wealth of knowledge! Krista is sincere and skilled and lovely! The whole team will make you glad you chose VIO!

Christa is the best injector I have ever had. I had no numbing cream and it didn't hurt at all. She was no hard sell and answered happily all my questions regarding laser treatments and the difference in the facials. Christa pointed out where I could save money based on the services i was thinking about. I will be back based on her outstanding client service.

Always a great experience at VIO. The staff is welcoming, friendly and helpful. Pam is great at what she does. She makes you feel at home and always makes you feel pampered. I always walk out glowing. If you are looking for a great place this is it!

Let me start with the moment you enter! You are welcomed warmly as if they have known you for ever! The lobby is clean, pretty and a fridge full of sparkling water! (that small detail really impressed me). The service; Christina! I have been to two other facilities in the past 15 years and none have I left so impressed as I did with VIO! I am 54 and I just wanted a refreshed look. Instead of pushing multiple syringes of juverderm, Christa performed miracles with one!!! As a result, of all the above, I was motivated to return and get another. Again, just need a little bit more. Once again Christa did a mircle with that one! I will defenitly return as my budget allows. Oh yes, I told Christa my budget and she respected where I wanted to stay!

I got my first full syringe of filler by the wonderful Christa & it was amazing! She is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me. The front desk staff were so nice & friendly and made sure to walk me through discounts & pricing. I will definitely be coming back!

I've gotten facials before but NOTHING compares to the HydraFacial I got last night at VIO Med Spa with Pamela! I literally woke up with a brand new face this morning. The VIO Med Spa staff is so friendly & helpful, the spa is GORGEOUS and I can't wait to come back. Thank you for the best experience!!
