Dr. Chen was extremely thorough with me on my first visit and seems to really care about helping me manage my ulcerative colitis and IBS. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new GI doctor.

This “doctor” did nothing except show up. He told me that to fix my problem other than tell me to take MiraLAX which I’d already tried. He made things up in his notes including a diagnosis no one told me about. He didn’t listen, kept repeating, “yeah” and left as fast as he could. In other words he was phoning it in. No follow up. No nothing. I cannot recommend this doctor at all.

Absolute worst experience ever! I scheduled my appointment in MID JULY. The earliest date I could get was Sept 20th. I received a call back today that my appointment for tomorrow has been canceled because the doctor will be out. The next earliest date is November 28th! That is over 2 months away!!! I asked if they could fit me in sooner considering THEY had to cancel and they said they could not. My GI condition has been getting steadily worse and they just treated me like a number over the phone. Very rude and no empathy what so ever. God forbid my diagnosis is a worse case scenario situation, I would probably be dead before my next appointment. I do not recommend this place to anyone!!!!
