Im so frustrated and disappointed to get in touch with the Dr just for follow up labs. for my husband and I don’t think it’s the Dr but the Baltimore Medical System Staff who is the problem. And the same thing when I first called the office just to have an appointment with the Dr I want to see, then the staff said that she was not accepting new pt. then it so happened that my husband got her as his primary physician and I was able to speak with her and said that it was not true and I believe her because she was my primary MD prior to my retirement, I had so many bad experiences with the Fleet St BMS staff and they have to get themselves together and be more straightforward ,understanding, honest and compassionate with the patients, you have the job because of the patients , so I want the administration to know of what kind of people or staff you have in your office.

Where to begin? The guy answering the phone didn't know how to spell Aetna. When I got to the office registration lasted 45 min.!!! After 1.5 hrs I still didn't see Dr. Ana Maldonado so I went to the front desk and cancelled the appointment. I received a call from Dr. Maldonado because she was concerned about my "pressure" but never an apology for making me wait 1.5 hrs.

The pregnant woman on this place who work on the booth is so rude! I hope she would be more nicer.

Waited for 1.5 hours in her office. When I stepped out of the exam room to find help and a doctor walked by. Turns out it was Dr. Maldonado. She said, “I’m working as fast as I can.” and then disappeared behind a locked STAFF ONLY door. I went to the front desk and canceled the appointment.
