Got some nasty people working the front desk

They staff are all amazing and so helpful

The facility is beautiful.

All staff that I have encountered are very friendly and welcoming. My counselor is very patient with me and seems to get my personality which I think is helpful. The only issue is that I wish my appointments with the psychiatrist were a bit longer, but other than that I'm pretty happy with everything so far.

Excellent, caring place.  Definitely recommend.  Open disclosure, I, myself, am a psych therapist and go here for my own medication mgmt and therapy.  Dr Mitchell (psychologist) is, by far, the best therapist I have ever had.  She's grounded, practical, and despite a heavy case load, was willing to add me on in a pinch when I was going through a personal crisis and needed therapy services.  Dr Astrada (psychiatrist prescribing meds) is a sweet man, simple and straight forward.  The office is beautiful, immaculately clean, and organized.  The front desk staff always remember you and take the time to work with you.  They do have issues answering the phones at times, but this is the nature of this type of organization.  The volume of calls that come in are quite excessive (as observed by me in the waiting room and comparing to the clinic where I work), and sometimes calls cannot be returned right away.   However, I have always gotten a call back promptly.  I highly recommend this place and you'll love all of the mosaic artwork.  Dr Mitchell ROCKS!  :D

I have had 3 therapist since joining apex counseling.each one has been a great experience for me.David treated me like an actual person instead of a patient and helped me theu my diagnosis and showex me how to deal with it.sadly he had to leave for personal reasons.I then got Kevin.Kevin had conversations with me that had to do with my day to day life and we talked over the things i could to better my life.Betsy is my new one and she is pleasant and understanding.i actually look forwards to my long bus ride every week to their office.plus i love hanging in the waiting room talking to Toni and Molly.they are not ur average front desk reception.Toni has a pleasant smile and friendly voice .Molly has a motherly demeanor and great sense of humor.together over the past 2 years the apex team has helped me live a normal life.i now am married and have a month old daughter.my wife loves the fact that i can turn to apex for extra help in being a good husband and father and not feel ashamed.Thank you Apex for being a rock for ppl like me.

I really enjoy working with Jeff. I've been seeing therapist almost my whole life. I like the way Jeff breaks things down and explains things to me. I look forward to each session because I feel he does help me with the new coping skills and stuff he showed me to deal with my stress. I would definitely recommend him.

Office Manager/Front desk lady was extremely rude the one time I visited this center. Hopefully this person has been replaced. The one time I went there I really needed help. The therapy session was awesome, but when it came time to pay I was humiliated in front of a waiting room full of people by the lady at the front desk. I had two forms of insurance at the time and some how neither of them would work (even though I called and asked ahead of time). So I had to pay full price out of pocket and ran out of there in tears. I'm sure most of the therapists here are great, but that single experience was enough to permanently turn me away from this place.

I am so glad I decided to come to Apex, my daughter sees Jeffrey he is amazing! He has helped not only my daughter but my family he is easy to open up to he has helped make major changes in our lives and I will be forever grateful for his help and continue seeing him I would highly recommend him to everyone he now sees my nephew and has helped him so much as well.

I previously did a review and am now updating it. It seems the entire office has made a change, and the staff are very accommodating. The biggest change was being switched to a therapist who conveys genuineness and respectful interest for me and my concerns.
