Dr. Luis was extremely behind with patients. I offered my appoint for her to catch up. I came back later for my appointment, she brushed me off telling she didn't see any reason for me to see her, after asking questions she had not review my referral. When she did she said it didn't state what I what I was seeing her for. My insurance company showed me it did. She finally decided to do a radiology test, when she got the resultscalled and told me it didn't do a comparison to the last report. I use the same radiologist for years and they always do. While on the phone with I reviewed my results as well to discover that the information she gave me was incorrect. This was a horrible experience, she brushed me off again. This was definitely in my opinion, not supportive of the medical oath. I DO NOT SUGGEST ANYONE USE THIS DOCTOR.

Rushed, not informative. Brushed me off and gave untruthful info about a radiology report. I would never refer any one to her.

Rushed. Very behind on appointments. Brushed me off, gave incomplete radiology report info to me then said you don't need to see me again. Had a ,I could care less attitude. I would not reffer any one to this doctor.

Met with this doctor more than 5 weeks ago and have been lied to twice about script for my medication having been called in. Have provided all required information and still no medication. Have not received any contact from this doctor's office. However, when I call, I am forced to speak with her office assistant Amanda, who is very rude. I have gotten excuses from needing doctor's notes to my sleep study being questionable. They even ignored inquiries from my health insurance company. POOR!
