Super flexible and supportive therapist! Love Ms. Clark! Works with families and individuals! Solid support and strategies that work!
I love my therapist Lia. She is wonderful. Out of all of the therapist i have seen in the past i have never connected with someone like i do with her. She understands everything i am going thru completely.
Ajayi is good at what he does. He noted which prescriptions I was taking-I take a lot of different prescriptions for various conditions-and adjusted my medication to where it was helping me again. I feel much better now, and no side effects from drug interactions. Thank you for giving me my life back again :)
It works very well. My therapist is amazing. Jaime has helped me with so much and I am so thankful for her. The nutrition services have been stellar as well.
Dr Collins is the best psychiatrist I’ve had. I followed him to this practice a few years ago! Extra glad I did, too, because Daniel Stewart, LCSW is now my therapist and he’s great, too!
Balance point wellness was the only place I feel comfortable at after going to quite a few places. They called me back when others let me down.I wish I would have known about them years ago. Highly recommend Balance Point Wellness.Thanks.
I have a had great experiences with your company, from the rapid response from the intake coordinators for myself, my daughter and my son. The intake coordinator was so patient and effective for my daughter who was very easily agitated at the time. The portal is one of the easiest I have worked with and all of the counselors I have spoke to concerning mine and my kids care have been relevant, real and helpful. I recommend your agency to everyone that I speak to about counseling. Please make sure you never get booked, there are so many more that need assistance and your doing a great job finding the right employees and having effective and efficient business practices.
My experience with Balance Point was extremely rewarding. My therapist Jessica has been incredible. She is patient, flexible, understanding, and has offered me endless support over the years.
I called BPW for 2 specific evaluations. Pretty soon I had an appointment with Anissa. During the appointment, she asked for my symptoms. I listed one, and she interrupted me to ask about my sleep habits. She then said "Your symptoms" (that I didn't actually talk about) "sound like (diagnosis that 2 previous Dr.'s ruled out)." When I explained that this diagnosis was already looked at previously, she said "Yeah its frustrating when Dr.'s dont listen. So I'm going to put you on (2 meds, one of which she didn't know I was currently on, which shows she didnt look at my list of current/previous meds.)I didn't take the meds (I was not looking to change my meds, all I wanted were evaluations). I took one evaluation and was told Anissa would go over the results with me at a later appt. When the appointment starts, she asks how the meds are working. I explain that I didnt take them because, as I've stated every time I've talked to someone, I just wanted evaluated. She immediately got an attitude and said "well since you refuse to take meds, there's nothing I can do for you. Ill forward your info to someone else." I explained that the purpose of the appt was to go over the results and she said "What? I don't even have the results. Why would I go over them?" Then I told her that I only ever wanted evaluations for 2 things. When I mentioned one of the 2 disorders I think I have, she said "But, you're married. And you have a kid. So you cant have this disorder. Also, This disorder is usually diagnosed in children. If you had it, why wasn't it diagnosed years ago?" I explained that my childhood living situation made that impossible. She sighed and said "yeah..ok. So why do you think you have this disorder?" When I finished listing off the symptoms she said very flatly "ok. I'll forward your info. Have a good day" and hung up.Since then (this last call was 1 month ago) Ive called BPW every week 2-3 times a week to set up an appointment with ANYONE who can go over the results. Every time, they tell me "I'll forward your info to (person) and they'll get back to you." When I finally complained, someone from management was able to get an appt set up for me. However, by that time I was able to schedule and go to an appointment for an evaluation with another provider so I cancelled the appt at BPW.Im absolutely appalled at the behavior of Anissa. She was dismissive and rude, and didn't seem to know anything about mental health disorders. I also think it's ridiculous that I had to call constantly just to set up an appointment. I'm so glad I never have to go back.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
