I have been going to acupuncturists for over 20 years. I truly didn't understand the healing power of acupuncture until I started going to Chris' practice two years ago. I see him once a week for gastrointestinal issues, anxiety and stress, and pain from a complicated foot surgery. I feel immediate results. I spoke to my physical therapist today and she told me many people have seen results from acupuncture and PT. Chris embodies the ability to stimulate the body's natural healing abilities.

Chris is a skilled and compassionate practitioner of acupuncture. I have been seeing him for many months now. His knowledge of the human body and mind connection is extraordinary. No matter what issue I am dealing with, from back, shoulder and neck pain, to general stress and anxiety, I always find relief from my sessions with Chris. I highly recommend him, especially if you are new to acupuncture.

Outstanding practitioner, I had my doubts about acupuncture, but after two treatments Chris made me a believer. My pain level has come down from a 8,9 to 3-5. If you’ve ever suffered from chronic pain, a 3-5 pain range is heaven.

I just moved to Baltimore and have been working with Chris for a few months for a variety of issues related to overworking, anxiety, digestion. What stunned me was how Chris picked up on issues that I didn't even think was relevant and linked it to my overall condition. My partner also started working with Chris and after one session had a transformative mind-body response. I can't recommend Chris enough--thoughtful, technical, deeply experienced, fantastic bedside manner. He's also trained in yoga and recommended exercises for blockages in my hip.

I first sought services from Chris in 2013. I’ve seen him monthly since then. Not only is he very knowledgeable, professional, thorough and compassionate, he is an all-around great guy! You may think someone sticking needles in you would be unbearable. Not with Chris during the sticking. He is so gentle and caring that you don’t really notice. He takes the time to sit with you before each session, listening attentively to your concerns and problems whatever they may be. He treats your aches and pains efficiently and effectively. I always leave his office felling refreshed and renewed. If you need the services of an acupuncturist, I HIGHLY recommend Christopher Hammond. You won’t find anyone better!!

From day One Chris made me feel very comfortable the area felt calming nice veiw,I could see the water. I ask many questions he was VERY interested. I explain my diagnosis to him. He explained how,where, why,the position of the needles. I've been in pain CHRONIC pain Stiffness to the POINT of doing exercises to get out of bed and I've had Physical Therapy, Water Aerobics .I also GAIN A STRESS KNOT We all have one mind in the Center of my Neck. I would walk around trying to knead it out. It's been there for a few years. After several visits with Chris I feel as if my NERVES HAVE AWAKEN MY .MY STRESS KNOT GONE I FEEL SO MUCH BETTER IT MAYBE TEMPORARILY BUT THE ACUPUNCTURE IS WORKING FOR ME .
