Would recommend 100%. Compassionate, listens and answers your questions. Office staff are exceptional. There is a lengthy wait for surgery but it’s because he is very sought after. Well worth the wait.

Wonderful Doctor a few years ago I had an implant rupture after a mammogram. I needed to have my implants removed completely all I can say is my breast look amazing better than when I had the implants in. I am not sure what technique he used after removing the implants but all I can say is they look great, I am thankful I found him.

A human factory with a 10 month wait list. Bernard Chang didn't listen to what I wanted. Not even close. He ignore my dire needs. His scheduling coorinator was mean and RUDE.

I had a significant breast reduction with Dr. Chang about 17 years ago and there is not one doctor who has ever seen me undressed since then that could even believe I ever had one. I have zero scars. He did a phenomenal job and I'm still in awe of how remarkable it was.

Devastated...Dr. Chang referred me to his assistant Courtney Santillo Purnell and he was supposed to be the supervising physician to a laser procedure that she did. My face is ruined. I have marks from the machine, burning, hyperpigmentation, fat loss, and my eye twitches and the right side of my mouth drools. I went back trying to get some help and was told that Courtney was on maternity leave. Dr. Chang saw me and knew nothing about lasers. How can you be the supervising physician of something you know nothing about? He said he would get my fees back and follow up.....He Never did and won't even call back. Nothing I can do now...I am physically and mentally distressed and horrified. Maybe I can save someone else from having this done to them. Please do not let Courtney Santillo Purnell put a laser to your face and do Not trust Dr. Chang. He will now follow up if something goes wrong.

Hands down the best experience I have ever had.. the staff for the consult were great. I had a breast reduction and a panniculectomy. My results are amazing and I'm only a few months out. Dr. Chang is the master of plastic surgery!!
