Sarah addresses my concerns. She takes a holistic evaluative approach thematic has helped me tremendously. It’s because of Sarah’s recommendation that I go see the doctor for blood testing because a lot of my symptoms sounded like they were menopause related and she was right. I started HRT and hope to return to my baseline so that I can the anxiety and sleeplessness under control. I am grateful fir Sarah’s keen insights that have encouraged me to seek assistance to find relief when therapy and the medications were not effective.
Grace Schwartz was great. Very smart and experienced and I had a great appointment.
This group of doctors and therapists are committed to finding the right medications and therapy to help me recover from the condition that I suffer from. They listen to my concerns and take them into consideration when prescribing treatment.
I am always weary when choosing a new facility but I am very happy with my new provider and care so far. It is pretty soon, but you can always tell when you've found a good person right away. I look forward to seeing what Bloom can do for me. I spoke with Grace and she is exactly the kind of provider that I was needing. After so many misfires, it is nice to finally find a genuine and intellectual person that actually listens to you.
Called for an appointment for a family member and was told basically they don't see seniors of a certain age ,very discriminatory practice against seniors .
Addison is fabulous!
I reached out to Bloom Healthcare Centers in October 2025 seeking mental health support after a serious trauma and was told I would be contacted within a week to schedule care. That did not happen. Since October 2025, I’ve experienced persistent and unresolved administrative failures within Bloom’s system. These include months-long gaps with no returned calls despite leaving multiple voicemails, repeated false assurances of follow-up, cancelled appointments initiated by administration rather than providers, and frequent call transfers to incorrect extensions that end in unmonitored voicemail boxes. At this point, this has occurred often enough that it feels systemic rather than incidental. When I was finally scheduled, my stated preferences were not honored, and I was assigned an intern without prior notice. Attempts to raise concerns led to further disruption of care rather than resolution. There was no accountability or apology for the delays or unprofessionalism. This experience felt impersonal, disorganized, and harmful for someone actively seeking mental healthcare. I would not recommend Bloom and strongly suggest finding a smaller practice with reliable communication and continuity of care. https://youtu.be/26jcUK24wNE?si=gMeFnQDvH0S7guEr
It's hard navigating mental health and mental health providers while trying to maintain stability.
I like this Health Organization. I've been working with them for over a year and it's been very helpful.
Grace was great. Thank you!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
