Although Dr. Ebright can be very kind natured, I would like to warn other parents that his practice is only to reassure that nothing is wrong, rather than to take concerns seriously and do all that he can for your children. After we repeatedly asked about serious issues with our baby, he stated “with newborns, if they make it, they make it,” and denied that there was anything he could do. When we sought a second opinion, they immediately instructed us to take our baby to the ER, and she was ultimately referred to a specialist. We were finally able to get treatment, but it was delayed because of Dr. Ebright’s lack of action. He later apologized for his words, but I believe they show a philosophy of care that borders on negligence. During all of this, Chapel View Family Care’s billing specialist also called us multiple times preoccupied with payment, despite the fact that our insurance was taking a normal amount of time to process claims.

Dr. Ebright, is a very personable, caring and knowledgeable doctor who always takes his time with my family. I saw that some people complained but I have found his staff to be friendly and professional and have not had any problems with accessibility and follow up. Highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Ebright is a walking encyclopedia of medical this and that. Best family doctor in Baltimore County.

Dr Ebright is very thorough and takes his time with his patients. He found a heart issue when my cardio, did not.

Agree with the reviews about the office. I also recently stopped going here due to issues I had with the staff. I take it the doctors don't care to fix it.

Dr. Ebright and his staff are always kind and go out of their way to make appointments convenient. I have never had a bad experience in more than 20 years.

What an embarrassing group of people that work here. Very unfortunate to deal with people, in a doctors office of all places, that bold face lie to you. Agree with previous patient, worst customer service I've ever encountered as well. Called to schedule a new patient apt and was told by Kristin she would call me back after being very unpleasant. Sure enough I never received a phone call back. I called the next day and spoke with the office manager Tammy, she said they were short staffed and put me on hold and hung up on me. I called back and spoke with another lady who said she could not schedule a new patient apt as the "Administrator" was not there and she said she would need to call me back. I asked to speak with Tammy (the manager I had just spoken with that hung up on me) and this lady actually lied and told me Tammy was not working today. I couldn't believe she actually lied to me as I had just spoken with her moments before. She obviously was refusing to escalate the call to a manager and instead decided to lie. Very disappointing.
