Carla Michelle Lawson's Online Review Report Card

I was having a great deal of pain after a procedure doctor Lawson had ordered to be done. Days later, I was still in a lot of pain. I repeatedly left messages something wasn't right I was in too much pain. Two weeks later, finally someone called and admitted "I had fallen through the cracks". I was on Vacation, out of network, and no one was licensed from North Bay to send antibiotic to Florida. My vacation was ruined by pain. Funds were limited so I didn't go to urgent care. At home, I took an antibiotic that only gave relief while I took it. I continued to call the doctor and the secretary hung up on me because I would not go to the Covid infested ER. Now It's been 6 weeks and I went I person to speak to the office manager describing the pain and swelling. Here it is 1 week later, and Dr. Lawson finally ordered an antibiotic this morning! Dr. Lawson is very nice doctor. I suspect this is the fault of the staff. However, a email was sent to her while I stood in the office.

Dr. Lawson was amazing with my son! We used to go to another ENT and dr Lawson is amazing! She listened to us and recommended so many things for my son to try. I highly highly recommend!!!

Dr. Lawson has provided care for two of my children (15 months and 5yo). She is thorough, patient, and kind. Additionally, she has excellent patient communication skills. No problems with office staff or scheduling- very easy.

I am vert happy with the services provided by Dr Lawson. She found unique ways to help me resolve chronic medical problems that I have fought for years. She is very professional and understanding of her patient’s concerns.

Just had tonsillectomy by Dr Lawson. She did a great job. At my appointment prior she even helped occupy my 3 year old. I’m referring her to my niece.

Extremely frustrating to make an appt with this doctor and office. Had a series of appt cancellations, Some made even months in advance. Cancellations made sometimes within hours of an appt that had been worked around a day off of work for it. with communication is extremely poor and no effort was made to rectify the situations. Was understanding the first time it happened but after 3 and 4 times Of cancellations or mix ups in doctors schedule, I finally took my business elsewhere.

Excellent in her field, very easy to talk to, listens to patient. I was so fortunate to find her. She helped me immensely.

Amazing ENT! She has performed multiple surgeries for me over the years which has lead to an improved quality of life. She is well-informed, professional, kind, and has great bed-side manner. I have recommended, and will continue to recommend her to many others.

told me i needed surgery when i simply had a sinus infection, i gave in and allowed her to operate only to find out afterwards that i had a bad infection. she never even checked for an infection, kept pushing surgery. ten years later im still dealing with her butcher job

My experience with Dr Lawson was excellent. She has been my ENT Dr for 2 years now. I had a deviated nasal septum and chronic maxillary sinusitis. She preformed nasal surgery on me in Jan. She was extremely professional during the entire process. Every phase of the surgery and the recovery was thoroughly explained during the office visits. She took the time to answer all of my questions. My only negative comment is the office visits were not on time, but that has been my experience with 95% of all Doctors. I highly recommend Dr. Lawson, she is great!
