This man does not care. Maybe he just decides by look,no exam,that he doesn't want to bother. Sent me for a useless test. Then no follow up. When I called to get a follow up appointment he had his assistant say he couldn't do anything and not to come in. What a waste.

Dr. Zooker is absolutely amazing, not only for his medical knowledge and skills, but just as much for his bedside manner. Dr. Zooker actually listened to what I had to say. He answered as many questions as I asked. He viewed me as a person, and took into account my feelings based on my experiences and knowledge. He was patient and kind at every appointment. His surgery was smooth and recovery progressed extremely well. My recovery feels complete.

I had a great experience with Dr. Zooker today. He is very knowledgeable about what I came to see him for and spent adequate time evaluating and discussing my issue. He seems very conservative with treatment plan and not ready to rush into unnecessary testing or procedures although if needed he would re-evaluate followup diagnostic tests and treatment. He was very easy to talk with.

I had shoulder surgery for multiple tears including a Rotator cuff tear in April 2022. Dr. Zooker took the time to explain everything thoroughly so there was no confusion. It was predicted I would be out of work for 6-9 months. I was back to work in less then 4 !!! Do you research !!! Dr. Zooker is the best !!

Very impressed with Dr Zooker. He does does an excellent job explaining what is wrong and the course of action that needs to be taken. Plus his staff is excellent.

I was referred to see Dr. Zooker by his colleague, Dr. Brokaw for my shoulder rotator cuff injury and I saw him in early July 2022. I was seen about 35 - 40 minutes after checking in. After finally entering the room I was in, during our visit, he sent two text messages on his phone at different times. If it was an emergency, he should have excused himself and dealt with that matter instead of sending text messages in front of his patient (me). He did not do an exam at all. He basically just told me everything I already knew on my MRI report. And then suggested more physical therapy. I already had PT from January to March and was still dealing with pain. I also had a steroid shot back in May that was done by another ortho specialist. Dr. Zooker although he was aware of this recommended another steroid shot but I told him I just had one in mid May and it was less than 2 months ago. He then agreed. He was clearly distracted. I left his office wondering what a waste of time that visit was as he clearly did not show any care for the patient in front of him. I would not recommend him at all because his bedside manners in this case was zilch and he did not even perform any exam on me at all.

Dr. Zooker has been a huge help understanding my shoulder pain. He took his time explaining the possible causes of the pain and prepared a plan of action to fix it asap. Thank you Dr. Zooker!

I have appreciated Dr. Zooker for providing his expertise each time I visited the center. His manner allows for questions while stating the facts in plain language. I highly recommend him!
