I regularly see Hannah, the practitioner who performs EFT tapping. She’s an extremely generous healer who does her best to tailor each session to your unique needs, and she does this usually by having a kind of talk therapy session before the actual tapping. I’m grateful that I was able to so quickly develop a trust with here, and I think that’s due to, in part, how much she cultivates a warm, nonjudgmental space.
I love doing cryotherapy here! Staff is friendly and the space is clean and welcoming
Absolutely love CCIH! This place is seriously my home away from home. The space is thoughtfully set up and has a really inviting atmosphere that instantly makes you feel at ease when you walk in. Mairin and Hank are always a pleasure to talk to and keep the center running smoothly. I see Sam for acupuncture and Ona for massage, and always leave feeling like a million bucks. I hear great things about all of the practitioners though. There are also lots of beneficial treatment modalities available; the cold plunge and red light therapy are my personal favorite. In the past year or so since I started coming to CCIH, I have noticed significant improvements in my energy levels, recovery, and overall mental health. Very grateful to all of the staff for their top-notch level of service.
My first time doing acupuncture. To my surprise, my insurance actually covers up to 10 visits a year. It is SO relaxing! I wanted to try acupuncture to address stress and see if I could get some relief from my allergies. I fall asleep most sessions and can’t tell how long I’m in the room. The stress just melts off. I’ve been working with Sam for 5 months now and would recommend her to anyone. She is very grounded and knowledgeable. As far as the needles go they are so tiny! I’ve definitely poked myself with bigger clothes pins (which actually hurts). lol I can’t feel Sam put most of them in and I don’t feel them being pulled out. Acupuncture can help with so many things! Chronic pain, bad sleep, stress, migraines, just to name a few things. I’ve really enjoyed my sessions.
I first went to Tom in 2016 or 2017🤔 and he did acupuncture with cupping- ooo, weee!!! And I kept going in 2018 and 2019 until I could barely move- (nothing to do with his services) I recently went to see him after my back surgery and was instantly relieved of the pressure. I had a session with Cory yesterday and man, what? Wow!!! If you are hurting, just go. Don’t think too long, just go and get the help you need! I’ll be back! (No pun) Thanks Team!!!
So... My partner and I came here for her birthday. I purchased an IV Treatment for her and a B12 shot for myself. And overall, I just wanted to see the entire place because there was so much they were offering on the website. I thought to myself this would be a great place for One-Stop shopping in therapy & self-care. When I called to get more information about the IV treatments, I was referred to the website of the third party who was actually providing the treatment. It was good information and I was all in! When we arrived the gentleman at the front desk, I believe his name is Adrian, notice my hat and we had a very long conversation. We were both from New Mexico and had a lot to exchange. He showed us around and was very pleasant. Small world! When we were completing the tour the practitioner arrived to give us IV treatments. My partner was set up in a chair that seemed to be used for the IV treatments. It was something like a dentist chair but you could tell it was specifically for that purpose. Then a customer arrive to use the bike (for some sort of oxygen treatment) and another employee basically came and said we had to move. She made us felt as though we were intruding because the woman administering the IV treatment was a third party vendor (she further relayed she had no control over those appointments so we had to move). It was off-putting. We moved into a room that seemed to be for massage therapy. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. The woman administering the IV treatment had to break out her phone flashlight to get enough light to administer the IV. I also use the red light therapy bed and honestly looked forward to trying some of the other therapies (specifically massage & acupuncture), but I don't think this is for me. The massage rooms look very private and perhaps calming. However, there seems to be a lot going on in the main space. It gives me locker room vibes, which may work for some, but it was not what I was expecting. If you live in the city, you can have IV treatments at your home. They'll come to you. That's what I've done going forward.
Finally writing a review in honor of the month of gratitude. I am so grateful I discovered Charm City Integrative Health when I booked my first ever acupuncture appointment just over three years ago. At that time I felt like I was falling apart physically, emotionally, mentally - and I was desperate to try every healing practice imaginable. CCIH has been such a supportive container for me through my personal journey to a medical diagnosis and through my recovery and Tom has been the one consistent practitioner amongst all the other doctors etc I've seen. I wish I had discovered acupuncture earlier in life -- and now I'm always recommending it to everyone around me. I love my sessions with Tom (and now Darrell too!) -- and I've heard nothing but good things about the other practitioners. Every staff person I've interacted with has great vibes.
Focuses on holistic healing and has everything you need on one place and fabulous customer service. Great energy and I felt truly cared for and that my needs mattered. It is very affordable in comparison to others and I did not feel they are doing it for wealth. They really care. The doctor helped my friend heal liver cancer stage 4 through various options he offers....all holistic and natural
CCIH helped with a nagging hip problem that I had over the holiday weekend. They have me a same day emergency appointment. They gave really compassionate and informative care. I would definitely return. I recommend!
Kimberlee did a phenomenal job with my massage! I have struggled to find someone that gives the right pressure and she understood exactly what I wanted. Thanks so much and highly recommend!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
