List of Choice Pain And Rehabilitation Center's Reviews
So went to see my doctor on the 6th of August and it is now a week later and my pharmacy that I usually go to didn't have my medicine so when I called them on the 6th the same day I saw my doctor they couldn't get in touch with the doctor because the doctor all of a sudden went offline you supposed to have a emergency contact so when things like this happen you can handle the situation so I had to wait till a whole week because the doctor only comes in on Tuesdays and Wednesdays mind you of that so I called the office today which is Tuesday and I told them the situation all over again mind you the doctor hasn't even looked at the notes of me calling all dang week
I’ve had nothing but a great experience w the staff and esp Emma. The staff support, esp Aquila & Richard have been excellent and extremely helpful. Emma actually cares about her patients and goes the extra mile to make sure you’re taken care of. I see a lot of negative comments and it sounds like ppl that are creating their own issues..
I am discussed Ms emmanuella okpah is the worst they called me 20 minutes before my appointment this morning and cancelled and said my prescription would be sent today I specifically told the lady do not send to the pharmacy on file I gave her the address for the new pharmacy they sent to the old pharmacy anyway I been calling since 11:00 am they finally answered around 11:30 and said it was cancelled and being sent to new pharmacy and I would have it today guaranteed I just got back off the phone with them and by the way I talked to them 7 times and choice pain closes at 5:pm the lady told me that she don't know if I will get it today yet the 5 previous people I spoke with assured me it would be there now she saying I have to wait until tomorrow even though it was they mistake they sent to the wrong pharmacy I am in terrible pain and I have no medicine!!!!
Very professional
The one on Wilkins does not care at all just want money. I didn’t know my insurance was inactive and went in was told that the provider can see me for 375$ which I didn’t have then was told they will send me a 30 day prescriptions until next my appointment. Then the next day she said no. How can you Tell a me in your office that you willl send me something so by the next time I will be fine because my insurance will be back. Supervisor don’t call you back. I’m the 3rd person who has said something about this provider
This choice clinic is unprofessional and does not return patients calls .charge your insurance company and does not fully do they job.only thing they care about is money.and not the patients. My claim willake it to medical board and attorney general office this week
My First appointment was with Emma 🩷 Her professionalism matches the care for her patients especially young patients such as myself… she listened to my concerns which was very vital to me verses just sending a prescription to the pharmacy and sending out the office. She did a FULL exam on the areas which brought me to see her and explained to me why that area was in pain and went over opioid medication use ( educational ) I just realized there is a clinic closer to my home but guess what ? I’d rather drive additional miles for her care !
This place is not somewhere you should choose to want to go because there is no specialist there it is just a certified registered nurse practitioner and at the end of the day this nurse has no pain management certification that I can think of because she knows nothing about chronic pain at all and she likes to Tinker and mess with your medication they policies that they have their are not clear because they say that you cannot take benzos at all but at the end of the day their policy only states that if you are taking any type of sedative medications like benzos or Benadryl or sleeping medications to let them know it is really her choice on whether she is going to prescribe pain medication for you and then when she prescribes it she messes around with the dosages which is going to leave you in a lot of pain so I suggest that if you decide to go here to only use it as a stepping stone until you find another pain management place to go to because this is not somewhere you want to be in the long run especially with someone playing with your medications and as a chronic pain patient and as a chronic pain patient who is in constant pain everyday this place is not about trying to help you they are about trying to make money however because a person who is a certified registered nurse practitioner who is dealing in pain management makes over $100,000 a year they don't have to have any certification in pain management and when your doctor says go see a specialist you are supposed to see a doctor and a nurse practitioner is not a doctor so I don't find this place to be a very good place for a person who is really chronically hurting and chronically in pain because they are going to give you a lot of runaround about trying to give you medication and yes they are a 90 mme practice but at the end of the day if they are Specialists they can bypass all that 90 m m e stuff because they are Specialists office who supposed to specialize in pain management and some people's chronic pain is over 90 mm e is of morphine trust me I know because they are doctors that work at pain management places who can give you more pain medicine because they are a specialty this place is not a specialty practice it is just another pain management place that opened because they can make money off of someone's suffering and the one that I go to is on 1001 Pine Heights Avenue in Baltimore Maryland
I have been with Choice Pain since it’s inception. I am being managed by Ms Khyanne McCutchens.. She has been so easy to talk to. I feel heard. She has offered procedures that have given me some relief. I have had only one problem with one physician a Doctor Obonye I believe his name was. He was rude and dismissive. I never want to be seen by him again.
Nice clean office with friendly staff and doctors are really professional, would advise others with problems to come there. Your in and out in a timely manner, I can't speak for others but I haven't had any problems.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
