I scheduled for contact lense fit in June 17 and was told152 covers the entire fit process including unlimited follow-ups. They gave me some contacts to try and asked me to follow up without any deadlines. I tried to call and schedule for follow up today( 1/25/2018), and they said it is too long ago and I have to start over a new process and pay another 152. She said it is their policy that if it is too long the process has to restart. I was not informed at all about the policy, and she could not answer clearly how they define" long time" when I asked for more details . Had I been told the policy ahead, I would have followed-up much sooner.
I am a Johns Hopkins surgeon and have gone to Dr Seyboth for years. He is superb in every way! He is personable, informative and skilled in fitting glasses and eye exams. He found an early cataract which I had repaired and vision both through my glasses and the operating microscope is superb. I recommend him highly.
Dr. Seyboth is great, but his billing staff is rude! I would not recommend going there if they do not take your insurance, and you have to submit your own claim to your insurance company.
Dr. Clark Seyboth is my hero. During my routine exam he saw an issue with the anterior chamber, (and I'm hoping I got this right!), the fluid-filled space inside the eye between the iris and the cornea's innermost surface. He told me his equipment was not sophisticated enough to give a conclusive diagnosis and he sent me to GBMC to see a specialist, Dr. Jindal, who did diagnose the chamber was closing. Now, had Dr. Seyboth not seen an issue, it would have eventually caused me to go blind. Dr. Seyboth has always provided me and my family with the best eye care and has always made suggestions for the betterment of our health. I should have written my praises of Dr. Seyboth way before this but never sought an outlet to do so until now. Believe me, he is one of the most pleasant physicians one could ever ask for and his sense of humor is heart warming. Oh, and I do not want to forget to mention and praise his staff. But it is not surprising they are efficient, knowledgeable and passionate, because in any organization it all filters down from the top -- the top being Dr. Seyboth.
Dr. Seyboth and Dr. Bomse are methodical and up to date on eye examinations and eye care. I credit this practice with suggesting retinal testing which found early age related macular degeneration. I was referred immediately to Dr. Matthew Speicher, MD, a retinal special for AMG and state of the art treatment was started immediately. This effectively saved my vision. I have been a health care provider for more than 30 years find this practice to be trusted and exceptionally competent.
I had an issue with over-used contacts. Dr. Seyboth helped clear up my eyes and provide a better product (contact and solution) for me to use. He was great!
Dr Seyboth took extra time with me because of some difficulties with fitting my lenses. He really went above and beyond.
Dr. Seyboth gave me the wrong prescription. This resulted in further damage to my vision.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
