The secretaries at complete Pain Care are very friendly and always make you feel as if you are heard. The doctor that I see there is very understanding and compassionate she makes me feel as if she knows exactly what I'm going through. I would definitely recommend complete Pain Care to anyone who is dealing with constant pain.

Everyone in this office, from the lovely staff at the front desk, to the PA who takes my blood pressure to the drs themselves are the most professional & caring team I’ve ever experienced. I’m incredibly happy with my care.

Was a little upset when learning my provider Neila was leaving. i was hesitant to start over with new Dr. I Contiplated following Neila to the new location! Her replacement Melissa is absolutely wonderful! She's caring, she individualize your condition and ask questions to know and understand your ailments! What i love the most is if she does not have an answer to your question when telling you she will get back to you she does just that!!!! She has dove head in to assure we find relief for my chronic pain! She has assisted me with issues From procedures to equipment. I am truely grateful i chose to stay with Melissa! She has become my Angel on Earth!

I absolutely love it there , I have always felt welcomed ! When I walk in their always smiling 🙂 they make sure all my information is correct if something is wrong they will correct whatever it is right then and there if I’m having any issues they go above and beyond to help me find a solution… The staff Ashley and Nimya are the best from checking me in making my new appointments giving me any referrals to taken my vitals , I be feeling so bad for them , I have witness other patients coming in with attitudes and takes it out whatever their going thru on them and please don’t let them to ask for a urine that when the patients gives them the most attitude as if they don’t know what needs to be done to continue the care there I be amazed how those two can just continue to be calm and smile after being cussed out back to back for doing their job … I was unsure of Melissa but I love her just as much as I love my previous doctor , when I walk into her office I get the same as I get when I first walk in the office if I need something done and I think I have to go to my PC I express it and she ensure me that she can do it and she gets it done … I just want those three to know that they have absolutely made me feel like I’m walking into a family Home instead of a doctors office so welcoming keep up the great work ❤️ I highly recommend this office to anyone ..

My name is He Drummond and I am a patient at the Balair location. I'm writing you to let you know what a wonderful staff that you have their, they make you feel like you are family as soon as you walk in the door. The wonderful welcome that I receives when I walk in the door by the front desk is amazing. My doctor understand my issues and listen to and address all my concerns. They are wonderful. As long as I need care I will always return to the Balair location for my treatment.
