Dr Sharma was great. I am extremely grateful for the help he provided me. Highly recommend!!!
Dr. Sharma is absolutely amazing! Talking to someone about your struggles after your time in service can be very intimidating, but Dr. Sharma made me feel heard and understood. He's extremely knowledgeable and also compassionate. The fact that he is also a veteran himself, made me feel even more comfortable, since it can be hard to understand what we go through during service if you are not. I highly recommend his services, as well as the education he provides on his YouTube channel, which has been very helpful.
Dr. Sharma demonstrated exceptional professionalism and expertise. I sought his help because the VA was not treating my case fairly, and I needed guidance on resubmitting a claim. His online educational videos gave me a strong foundation in understanding the VA claims rating system, and our conversation reinforced that knowledge. He took his time, asked thoughtful questions, and made sure I never felt rushed. It was clear that he truly cared about my situation and well‑being. I highly recommend Dr. Sharma.
Nothing short of AMAZING! Thorough, indeed well written! Dr. Sharma it absolutely Incredible! If I could give 20 stars I would. From the onset, he let me know that if he could help, he would. Initial consult was FREE. Everything uploaded into Dropbox (secure) and reviewed immediately to see if he could assist with my Sleep Apnea (denial), Urinary Frequency (denial) and ED (denial). All of those initial claims were all ACE exams and denied. Doc said he could help a set an initial telehealth appointment. Yes he is over 100 miles away. But it is allowed. Took a little over an hour and he was extremely thorough. Allowed my questions and answered my concerns. I was not sure I would see a grant from OSA at all and would have to fight again, BUT if so, Doc Sharma said he would help. He did a DBQ fi each condition AND a combined Nexus (IMO) which was 33 pages and above phenomenal. He conducted the telehealth on 2.3.2026. Sent in Supplemental on line on VA.gov on 2.4.2026. Decision AND GRANT FOR ALL 3 on 2.10.2026. WOW! 6 Days!!!! Now 100% P&T! Life changing and I owe the praise to God and Dr. Sharma! Recommended with enthusiasm! Don’t second guess your decision for his help as I did. Well worth this reasonable cost. Thank you Dr. Sharma! You are the best!
Dr. Sharma at Concise Health was absolutely outstanding in helping me with my VA Aid and Attendance claim. From the very beginning, he was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. He took the time to understand my medical history, daily limitations, and the specific VA requirements, ensuring everything was clearly documented and properly completed. What really stood out was how detail-oriented and responsive he was throughout the entire process. He understands exactly what the VA looks for in Aid and Attendance evaluations and made sure my paperwork reflected the full scope of my needs. He didn’t rush the appointment and treated me with respect and genuine care. Because of Dr. Sharma’s expertise and guidance, I felt confident submitting my claim knowing it was done correctly. If you’re a veteran needing independent psychiatric evaluations and nexus letters for VA disability claims, I highly recommend Dr. Sharma and the team at Concise Health. Truly top-tier service and support.
Doc was the best to work with! With his help our goal was 90% and we were able to get me to 100% I highly recommend working with him!
Dr. Sharma was very understanding and through in his analysis of my prior medical records. His evaluation over video was very professional and sympathetic. He put me at ease during the appointment. I appreciate the detailed medical opinion he put together, and would recommend him to anyone who needs a thorough review of their mental health.
Just received my 100 P&T! After being denied for S/A, I sought help from Dr. Sharma for a Nexus letter after watching his videos on YouTube. After submitting my Supplemental Claim with the new Nexus, I was granted 100% P&T in 6 weeks. Thank you Dr. Sharma. Your Nexus was the difference. Highly recommend. 💯👍
I highly recommend Dr. Prashant Sharma for any veteran needing a psychiatric independent medical opinion. His background as a former Air Force Flight Surgeon and training at Johns Hopkins is evident in the quality of his work. He reviewed my medical records with a 'fine-toothed comb,' providing a few pages Nexus letter that was both scientifically rigorous and detail-oriented. What sets Dr. Sharma apart is his transparency; he includes a DBQ (Disability Benefits Questionnaire) with his Nexus letters at no extra cost, which is rare in this industry. He is professional, a deep listener, and truly understands the 'mission-first' mindset of veterans. If you are looking for an honest evaluation that the VA can't ignore, Dr. Sharma is the expert to see.
Dr. Sharma is simply incredible to work with. He helped me with my VA claim and wrote and expert nexus letter after meeting with me, fully reviewing my case and medical records. He has so much knowledge and isn't afraid to tell you if he thinks he can assist you or not. I would and already have recommended Dr. Sharma to other veterans friends who need assistance. If you are thinking about reaching out to him, dont wait. Just do it.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
