Took my son to see Dr Baruch for the first time. She was very thorough,patient and explained everything in detail about the process to get his acne on the right track . I look forward to my follow up and expecting good results. Sign in initially with the Mercy check in person wasn’t that great (Deepak) seemed agitated and had a rude response when I asked questions about signing up in my chart which was new to me.

So smart, so caring. Dr B really helped me. While I have to do the work as far as meds, she heard me and really explained what was going on and how to treat it

This is a neutral review, offered merely as a warning to be mindful how you interact with the physician asst at the Columbia location. She might end up giving the Dr a bad impression of you before you even get a chance to meet her, and then you get a 2 minute meeting where she blows you off for a $40 co-pay. That’s a lot of random power held by a random physician asst who can say a few words, and boom your medical care is as good as switched off.

I have no doubt Dr. Baruch is a great Dr., but I never got a chance to see because the assistant poisoned the visit.

I had my first visit with Dr. Baruch. She was wonderful and patient. The staff from the front end to the back office were very pleasant . The visit was smooth and staff were great!!
