Very bad experience. The doctor does not bill you correct amount and does not owe any responsibility for that as well. My visit was accounted for as long visit and even though it was not. The tests ordered by the doctor does not match to her diagnosis and is getting rejected by my insurance and even if you call the doctor's office, they keep telling it is correct even without listening you out. Very rude. They make you pay more . Very very disappointed. I wish I could give 0 stars.

Dr. Shores has been an outstanding physician. She is thorough, answers questions, collaborative, and responsive to our child's needs. Highly recommend Dr. Shores. The Nursing team and staff have been outstanding within the Johns Hopkins Pediatric Gastroenterology & Infusion Team.

Dr. Shores doesn’t give her patients the time of day. She’s cold in clinic and when communicating on My Chart she pushes you off to the next specialist. Highly recommended staying away.
