Marchn6, 2018 Dr. BOSE performed a right lower quadrant liver resection for a cancerous tumor. Imhad Hep C. Splenomaglia. Radically low platelet count. Type Ii Diabetes and more. Diva was my nickname. God used Dr. BOSE incredible skills to,save my life. It's been a long road recovering but I am healed and will celebrate 3 years March 6th. Imwas planning to go hug his neck but now he is in Baltimore. So...God bless youmdearbDr. BOSE. I remember you in prayer and smiles often. I sing your praises and I thank you. Dr. Bose is the most brilliant, Professional, kind,compassionate, friendly caring doctor you can be fortunate enough to have his amazing expertise at your side being completely confident and comfortable with what he is doing to help make you well again. Dr. Bose performed surgery to remove a desmoid tumor on my pancreas tail. I was not informed that surgery on desmoid tumors encourages their spread, a critical piece of information that would have caused me to consult a medical oncologist prior to surgery. Surgery was not successful: infection developed; several tumors spread throughout my abdomen. Terrified, I traveled to a world renowned cancer facility and was advised that surgery on desmoids is not recommended. I was given chemotherapy which shrunk and stabilized the tumors. Unfortunately, the unsuccessful surgery/infection had eaten away the muscle and fascia in my left abdomen, leaving me with a “giant” ventral hernia that cannot be repaired. I was left disabled and unable to sit up except for brief periods. The quality of my life was destroyed. Beware of this doctor: he presents well and has impressive credentials. But his desire to perform surgery, perhaps for pecuniary gain, was a disservice to his oath and his patient.

After this, terrified, I travelled across the country to MD Anderson (Houston) and was advised that surgery for desmoids was not recommended. Instead, I was given chemotherapy, twice a week, for one year which shrunk and stabilized the tumors. Unfortunately, the unsuccessful surgery/infection ate away the muscle and fascia in my left abdomen, leaving me with a “giant” ventral hernia that cannot be repaired. I was left disabled and unable to sit up except for brief periods. The quality of my life was substantially destroyed. Beware of this doctor: he presents well and has impressive credentials. But his desire to perform surgery, perhaps for financial gain, was a great disservice to his oath and his patient.

Absolutely fabulous. Kind, patient, never rushing. Office staff is wonderful too. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Dr Bose has very little personality. My husband went to see him for Pancreatic Cancer. He refuse to operate on my husband and said he was a poor surgical risk, which he was not. My husband endured 11 months of treatment that included chemo and radiation. His tumor had shrunk significantly and Dr Bose continued to refuse to operate. He even refused to put in a feeding tube to help my husband gain weight. He shows very little emotion and compassion. I took my husband to another facility for a second opinion and he had surgery and is now recovering nicely. All of the cancer was removed. If we had stayed under Dr Bose's care my husband wound have continued to be in severe pain and possibly died. He obviously does not have the skills it takes to correctly assess patients and provide the proper care.

Good doctor

In 2014 I had surgery and have annual followups. I completely agree with Michelle's assessment of Dr. Bose. I would not go to anyone else.
