List of Division Health Center's Reviews
I'd drive myself to the funeral home before coming here. I started as a patient 10 years ago things were amazing. Excited to come back when I returned to Baltimore. Dr. Nayak is Amazing and cares about people. The staff are welcoming and friendly. There's two issues that are fairly serious that should be looked into, medications shortages and missing paperwork. The pharmacy needs some WORK!!! One of the techs is rude. She shared her displeasure when a woman struggled with eng6. Openly stated,"The B-tch needs to learn English if she's going to stay here." Yes English is important but her husband translated for her and we just didn't need to hear that. The pharmacy shorted my meds more than once and the staff expressed their anger towards to me for counting my medications at the window and pointing out the shortage on 3 medications (one was 12 pills short, the other two were missing 10 pill in each prescription. Not ok. Patients need their medications...... all of them. Accidents happen but this occurring more than once is questionable. I transferred to another pharmacy. Paperwork has been routinely lost. Whenever the office requested paperwork, it was provided the same day. Then I would receive letters stating, "2 request" or "final request" when I provided all financial information and ensured medical records were sent prior to the visit. I prefer writing great reviews not complaints but medication shortages and organization of paperwork is a concern.
If I could leave zero stars I would. I couldn't get through to anyone when I did call and most of the time my messages weren't marked urgent through out my whole pregnancy. After giving birth I had the same issue couldn't get a hold of my daughter's pediatrician so I was sent to a different location where there they forgot two of my daughter's prescriptions and gave me one wrong prescription .
Clean building, currently under construction. Hard to find the new entrance. Medical staff at entrance very polite. Security guard slouched down in chair on phone. Security guy seem to be very irritated when asked for directions to pediatrics. He gave me incorrect information and answered flatly and unprofessional (yeah well go that way to the elevator first floor). I had to walk around and asked other for direction to Pediatrics.
Love my doctor or I wouldn't ever go here. My doc is the only reason I go here. The staff is rude and nasty. Don't like to help you or answer questions. The pharmacy is terrible. I was first one there and waited over an 1 an a 1/2 for 2 prescriptions. They had them filled within 10 mins but had to wait all that time for someone to recheck them whatever that means. In the meantime while I'm sitting they're sending out stuff for next day delivery or later pickup. You would think they would get the people actually there waiting done but no. An hour and a half to recheck a presciption is ludicrous!! This place is horrible and as I said if not for my doc and a few others there I would never ever go back. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
HIGH FIVE to TOTAL HEALTH CARE DIVISION STREET!. I am a returning patient at Total Health and I'm there for Dental services. I was very pleased from the security all the way to the ladies bathrooms. The security and the receptionist are very customer service friendly and it is a very nice builing and well kept. I asked my dentist if she enjoyed being a dentist. When she said yes with a smile, I felt I was in good hands. Her assistant was kind and gentle. I declare, it was a pleasant experience. I'm hoping when I return for my cleaning that the customer service will still be pleasant. The ladies restroom was sparkling clean and that tells me a lot..........."someone takes pride in cleaning" KUDO's to the young lady who did a fabulous job. I had the pleasure of letting her know the restroom was very nice and clean and it smelled GOOD. THIS IS A SINCERE REVIEW ...TOTAL HEALTH CARE..KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!
I was a walk-in and I really liked the nurse practitioner I saw. She was concerned with my health so she gave me referrals for specialists. She really cared. Then when I saw the staff on my way out they were curious and set me up with my new Dr. The only thing I don't like is how the appointments are so far away. They made mine for November and I came in, in August.
Came to their dentist. Tooth broke on both sides. Had to stay from 10:45am til 1pm. Just to wait for walks in to begin again. Get to the back. No tooth cleaning Assistant took a cray. Doctor came I'm Quickly says nothing I can do sorry. OK ma'am can u at least clean them since I'm here. OH NO NOT WALK INS IM SORRY, (IM SORRY. I'm sorry I thought I would get help. If your money aint up. You will die because you can't afford the prices.
I've gone to several different locations of Total Health Care. The remodel at this location makes things seem more accessible. The people who answer the phones rarely actually answer the phones. However, I find all my providers to be kind, knowledgeable, and willing to share their knowledge in simple language so as to empower their patients to lead healthier lifestyles and make healthier choices in general.
they are kind to u why I waiting
the dental clinic sucks. They were hurting me trying to pull my tooth.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
