pharmacy and Clinic sucks long hold times Ghetto customer care hangs ups and refuse to help doctors waist time and wont referr you to proper care pharmacy gives rong meds long hold times racism and favoritism one pharmacists went as far as to lie to me about my insurance dose not cover my meds i went to a total health pharmacy and meds were covered.

Dr. Klembczyk is the doctor covering for Dr. Cook and is refusing to sign a form that literally just needs a signature. The receptionist explained to him that the first time I sent the form through my chart, it was accounted for but the document wasn’t formatted properly. He still refused to sign and told me that the paper that ONLY needs a signature will still take 10 business days.

This place is terrible. Call and they take ten minutes collecting symptoms/asking questions for a very sick child then schedule apt which they cancel last minute. Called again the next morning and needed to describe all the symptoms again before they checked for apt and then again, no appointments! Gave the same history two days in a row for a child who's very I'll and no apt. Not sure why we are patients at this place when we end up always having to pay at an urgent care clinic.

Worst place for care! Every time we come in for an appointment we wait over an hour to even be seen. My children get HORRIBLE care and I always end up back at an ER because of the doctor lack of attention and care! They are a joke
