Erika D. Williams's Online Review Report Card

I called the office to see if new patients were being accepted and spoke with Sharon. I must say in all my years in the health field myself I have never been treated or talked to the way Sharon talked to me. One of the things she stated "I would tell you if you would quit your babbling." How professional. Needless to say Dr.Williams will not be my new doctor whether she accepts new patients or not. Dr.Williams if you are reading this maybe it's time for some change at the front desk or some educational classes on proper staff etiquette in the healthcare field.

Dr. Williams is a wonderful knowledgeable doctor with up-to-date information on treatments and care options. She is down to earth and tells you like it is. Provides a lot of information for why she is prescribing treatment. Also, uses technology to manage your care. You can use the app from your mobile to schedule, refill prescriptions, etc.

This doctor is probably a good doctor. The only problem is that she has no problem letting you sit in the waiting room for hours. I had three appointments where I waited 2 hours , 1 hour and two hours. That is 5 hours sitting in the waiting room. On the last visit I waited ( 2 hours) and asked her about the long wait. Her response was "Life happens" She does not give a second thought to letting you sit. So I fired her. The look on her face was almost worth the wait. Well Doc Life happens! PS. she is very good at running test and billing the insurance co.

I went to Dr Williams at the old location. I've sent at least 10 new people to her. She used to be great. Now she has gotten very busy and has really dropped the ball. I will be getting another doctor.

Dr. Willams, has been my doctor for 8 years and she help me though alot of thing know other doctor has , i don't want to lose her as my family doctor.

I have been seeing Dr Williams since she was on Dixie Highway. She is the best Doctor I have ever been to. She is a very caring and compassionate person and tries to give her all... She cared enough to just go by her gut on looking at me that something wasn't right and found out I had lung cancer... I have and will always trust my life to her....

Dr. Williams is the best Dr. I have ever had. She truly cares about her patients and you can tell that she stays on top of the knowledge curve. My wife sees her also and agrees that she is the best Dr. she has had also. Even though we moved to Clarksville IN we are more then willing to make the drive to have Erica as our Dr.

Has a little longer wait time but worth the wait.

Erica was the first real doctor that I had seen since I was a child. She would sit and talk with me about everything. I sometimes felt like I was wasting her time causing other patients to wait for extraneous periods of time. But she cares, and knows what shes talking about. And those 2 things are what I care about. I love her and will never change doctors, no matter how long I have to wait in the waiting room! If she wasn't such as busy woman my wife and I would love to just hang out with her and her family some time. I'm sure they are just as great of people as she is.

I hav been going to Dr. Williams for over 5 years now and she is a very good physician. She takes care of my daughter and wife as well. She is very professional and polite. When she is talking with you in the exam room, she acts like she has all the time in the world just for you. Excellent individualized service.
