Services rendered at this location by the physician's were satisfactory. However, appointments are very hard to come by. With an appointment, I have waited over an hour for service (on several occasions). It's very difficult to attain records or get questions answered because you always have to wait for a call back. Some of the receptionist are rude. This was by far the worst customer service I have received by a physicians office. Needless to say my children are going elsewhere.
