Hello. My appointment with Dr. Barbush went fine. However, after the appointment I had a very simple question. I just needed to know if my prescription had changed enough to warrant a new pair of glasses. I called and e-mailed multiple times and never got a response. I even went to the office a few times and was told Dr. Barbush would be “given the message”. Still no response. I am not sure if this is a systemic issue where Dr. Barbush never got my messages, but I will not be returning to Levin Eyecare.
