Dr Kassamali is our family cardiologist. He takes care of us very well.He has a way to calm your anxieties and fears. Honest and soft spoken. Very detail oriented. Involves the patients with plans of care. explains things in a manner that things are easily understood.However, his secretaries / office assistants can be rude and impersonal. their communication skills need to improve.

I would leave 0 stars if possible, the financial policies of this office are meant to rip off both the taxpayer & impoverished referrals from Medicaid/Medicare. It is one of the most deceptive pieces of policy that I’ve ever read & have canceled my fathers appointment due to this fact. We were referred to this physician and his parter Dr. Mahmood Alikhan by Medicaid directly & the physician is in agreement with Medicaid to accept their fees solely. On the back end of a pile of paperwork for my elderly father to complete , they slip in a, “financial policy”, that a less thorough person would have perhaps just signed. This would lead to a person on an extremely limited retirement income to be in financial trouble to such extreme measures, as indicated by this policy, that it’s entirely questionable as to the legality and morality of this office. I will be escalating to both Medicaid & BBB for review.

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Kassamali for years. We absolutely love this man. He treats patients the way he would treat his family. I dread the day this man retires.We have never had any problems with staff and they have always been very friendly and helpful.We give staff member Sterri a 5 star rating also.If you are looking for a great practice, this is the place to go.

I have a complex medical situation and have been to several doctors, and there is truly none like Dr. Kassamali. He is so knowledgable, follows up with me, encourages me, and tailors my treatment in accordance with my symptoms and longterm benefit. He draws diagrams to show me the effects of treatment and makes sure that I understand and am satisfied. I owe my life to him

THE OFFICE STAFF IS THE WORST. RUDE!! RUDE!!. I HAVE SPOKEN TO DOC KASSAMALI SEVERAL TIMES ABOUT HIS STAFF!! I DONT LIKE THEM. AND THEY DONT lLIKE ME EITHER. I LUV THE DOCTOR, BUT COULD NOT DEAL WITH HISFRONT DESK STAFF. I HAVE NOW STARTED TO GO TO ANOTHER DOC AND IM VERY SATISFIED. And come to find out ..I'm not the only complainer. Look at these other reviews ..WOW! !!

Some days the front office staff is amazing and other days they make me feel like a bother. Scheduling an apt is usually easy, however there were times I urgently needed to see someone and was told he was away and I had to go to another cardiologist I've seen 4 cardiologists in the last 4 years and he is the only one who put me on pills, and with horrible side effects. I don't feel he listens to me and puts too much faith in pills. I always feel frustrated, depressed, and worse afterward

Doctor Hassan Kassamali is a wonderful cardiologist, but his office staff is the Worst!! i hate dealing with them. i want to really find another doctor or i wish he had another office location
