I was left waiting in the exam room for an hour, and Dr Zhaoming Chen only came when I was on my way to tell the receptionist and found him in his office on the way. No apology or explanation. Once he started questioning me in the exam room, he clearly knew nothing about my diagnosis and suggested I likely had unresolved childhood issues to explain my neurological issues. I'm 61 and any childhood issues have been long resolved. The physical part of the exam consisted of me pushing against his hand. It lasted maybe ten seconds. He was patronizing and told me he was a very busy man and didn't want to waste his time. This was a referral from my primary doc just to see if any new treatments were available for a long-established diagnosis. Dr Chen was insulting, arrogant, and incompetent. I've never left a review of any kind, but this experience was so horrible, I felt compelled to warn others.
