Wonderful knowledgeable caring compassionate Doctor and nurses. No one else we would want to help us with our journey to starting a family. They run late now and then but it is clear that it is because of the time and focus they dedicate to each patient. It never bothered me because they spend the extra time to explain and discuss each step with you as well. We are now pregnant with their help and have a little girl on the way!! :D Highly highly recommend.

I was recently a patient at HRC Pasadena. Both my husband and I found the staff very friendly and helpful. Dr Nelson was understanding, patient and knowledgeable. After around 6 months (on and off) of fertility treatments we are now pregnant!! I would highly recommend HRC to anyone who is having fertility issues.

Dr. Nelson was the BEST doctor we saw during our IVF tx and I would highly recommend him and his staff. He was kind, helpful, and honest. We decided to ADOPT our kids and I missed seeing him and his staff. Many babies I know came from his tx, and our journey was differant, but I could not recommend him more. AMAZING!

Dr. Nelson is helpful and knowledgeable, but office is mis-managed and very unorganized, which you have to deal with most of the time. As a patient you become very anxious because of it, and I did not think I would have a successful IVF treatment, so I decided to change clinics.

Dr. Nelson is the best. He is patient, never makes you feel like he is in a hurry, always has time to answer your questions, and most importantly, got us pregnant! He examines all possible solutions and helps you decide on a game plan. As to having to wait, I never minded. After all this is very emotional and sensitive stuff, and I wouldn't want any woman to feel rushed. So I always made sure I scheduled a little extra time in my day. You don't know what the woman before you is going through and I would hope that he is giving them the same time and attention he gave me. Trust me, when you finally get to see your baby inside you, he could have made you wait hours and you wouldn't have cared a bit! THANK YOU DR. NELSON and his TEAM!

I really recommend Dr.Nelson! He is calm, Knowledgeable, explains everything and focused on getting you pregnant. My husband was very happy because he involved him on every steps by explaining what's going on and answered all our questions. He's understanding and doesn't rush you for the next patient. God be with you if you are trying for a baby you are in good hands with dr Nelson. He's the best Doctor you can find in this field. Thank you Dr. Nelson for what you do.

I can really recommend dr Nelson! Him and his team is great and I'm now almost 10 weeks pregnant. I'm gutted that I have to go to another doctor for the rest of the pregnancy. He is calm, explains everything and focused on getting you pregnant. My husband is really happy with him too because he always feel that he involves him in what is going on on the screen and tests etc. Good luck if you are trying for a baby you are in good hands with dr Nelson.

my husband and i went to Dr. Nelson after being referred by a co-worker who had a successful IVF with Dr. Nelson's assistance. we were very impressed by his knowledge, patience & bed-side manners. he helped us naturally conceive after 2 previous miscarriages - he recommended various tests to try to determine the cause; all tests came out fine so he prescribed progesterone for me and it worked! Dr. Nelson will monitor your progress during the first 9 weeks of your pregnancy. During all exams, he is very gentle and lets you know what he is doing during the exam. Dr. Nelson is EXCELLENT and we would definitely recommend him to others!

Dr Nelson is a Fertility Specialist with Huntington Reproductive Center in Pasadena, CA. My wife and I were referred to him by some friends of ours who were patients of his at one time. He is nice and knowledgeable. We haven't had success yet in getting pregnant, but are staying positive. Everything is out of pocket for us (our insurance won't cover it), so it's quite expensive. The only negative thing I would say about Dr Nelson is that it is not uncommon for us to have to wait on him for 30 to 45 min for a scheduled appointment.
