Dr Flaim is one of the most compassionate and caring doctors I've ever had. Cancer is scary, but Dr Flaim talked me through it and was available for each step of my treatment. She was great with my family too and I am now luckily cancer free. She found my cancer early. The office was really not the best so the other review isn't totally wrong. I would give Dr Flaim a full 5 stars but the office gets a 2.

Unfortunately the services they told my wife she was due for were not covered by insurance. The office then billed me twice what they accepted from my insurance company the previous year. They accepted no responsibility for their mistake in telling her to come in for the exam, and I got the bill seven months later.
