Jennifer Taylor's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Jennifer Taylor is simply amazing! She delivered my first child, and I had a wonderful experience. She was calm, friendly, and took care of me as if I were family- I met her the morning my daughter was born. I have been seeing Dr. Taylor with my second pregnancy and I could not be happier. She takes her time explaining things and answering questions, is always on time, and genuinely cares. The office staff is always kind, attentive, and compassionate. I could not be happier with my experience!

Amazing Dr.!

Dr. Taylor saved my life. I recently had my third child and had some complications and she was there every step of the way. Her staff are extremely professional and make you feel like you are the queen that your are. Her extensive knowledge and understanding of the patient's needs made me so confident that she was my obgyn. I knew i was in right hands during my ordeal. At no point did i ever think otherwise. Throughout my pregnancy she was always there and was very supportive of me as a patient. She listened and was very patient with every question I had. I am here today because of her and she truly is an incredible physician and specialist. I am truly grateful to her.

Receptionist are rude. Hung up without even saying goodbye or anything.

Dr. Jennifer Taylor is incredible. Not only has she taken great care of my health and my baby in my entire pregnancy but also she was indeed an angel to us. I was hospitalized for 6 weeks for a pregnancy complications and almost every day/night she always makes sure to pass by and check me in my room(ward), till my delivery day she was very patience. And not to mention, Her ward team (Mercy L&D department) is awesome too and I give each and everyone there a 5 star rating. Lastly, Doc Taylor is lovely to talk to, very optimistic and no dull moment in every appointments. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. We love Dr. JT soooo much and I highly recommend becoming her patient! ❤️ #teamJT

Staff is very rude. Didn’t actually speak with the doctor but she needs new staff in my opinion.

Dr. Taylor is one of the most unprofessional doctors I've ever come across. I went to her because of extremely heavy menstrual cycles. Dr. Taylor asked how quickly I was soaking through my pads and when I told her, she smirked and said that was not going through my pads that quickly. She then said it was my pituitary gland and gave me a prescription. At the time I was driving for the transit system in DC and we had to list any medications and what it was for. My company want me to get cleared by my doctor stating it was ok for me to drive. When I finally talked to Dr. Taylor she said that she didn't want to say that it was ok for me to drive and then something happene. I told her that she was the one that gave me the diagnosis, but she refuses. After weeks of being off from work I went to talk to a doctor at the transit authority and she asked what kind of test did Dr. Taylor do to determine my diagnosis. I told her she didn't run any particular tests, I told her my symptoms and she gave me a diagnosis. She said there are many tests that can be done to come up with this diagnosis. She then cleared me to go back to work and suggested I find a new doctor. Needless to say I stopped taking the pills and never went back to Dr. Taylor again. Fast forward, I moved to Atlanta and I have been diagnosed with fibroids and that is the reason I have severe menstrual cycles. Dr. Taylor needs a new profession, one where lives are not in her hands, because this isn't it.

Dr Taylor was very dismissive towards me when I called her to inform her that not only were my ankles severely swollen, but I was also experiencing trouble breathing. I first called labor and delivery. Labor and delivery transferred me to Dr. Taylor. Dr Taylor told me that my breathing sounded fine to her, but that I could go to labor and delivery and have vitals checked. After this, I did my own research. The reason that my ankles were swollen and I was experiencing trouble breathing is because I recieved too much iv fluid, and the excess fluid got to my lungs. Once the swelling went down, my breathing was back to normal. I could have potentially died from this. So for her to dismiss my concerns was really wrong

If you are planning on allowing Dr. Taylor to be your obstetrician, RUN! She does not pay attention to warning signs. I was expecting twins and lost them due to her negligence. During each , visit i informed her of the challenges i was experiencing and she brushed me off everytime. I have experienced psychological trauma due to my heartbreaking experience that could have been avoided had she paid close attention to my pregnancy. if i could give her 0 stars i would.

Dr. Taylor has been my obgyn since 2014 and I must say she is the best
