I had an appointment to see a surgeon about having an endocrine related surgery done. I have some endocrine issues that have caused a lot of health problems that have needed to be addressed in the past. I was shown to my exam room in which I sat there for 45 minutes while 3 woman outside the room gossiped and complained about a "crazy" woman being seen that was obviously a hypochondriac due to her health history. They then continued to gossip and complain and analyze mental health disorders that cause hypochondria. In retrospect, I'm pretty sure they were talking about me the entire time as my health history fell in line with what they were discussing. It was immensely unprofessional, degrading and inexcusable. And, If I wasn't the person they were speaking of, it's almost worse, because then they were discussing and making fun of someone else's entire personal health history where I could hear it. The entire situation was very damaging and gross to have to overhear. I'm now considering going somewhere else for the surgery.

Very SAD To find out the website boasting about sergical center that states it can handle complex cases and a team that handles some of the more complex cases does NOT exist. At least when i called multiple times i was told they dont even have anyone that csn do sedation dentistry. Also told the website is very OVERSTATED AND MOST OF SERVICES IN DENTAL ARE NOT ABLE TO BE DONE : (

The service was amazing from start to finish. Had an outpatient surgery here and it was flawless. I felt so comfortable and knew exactly what was going to happen before and after my same-day surgery. Met with all the major players in the room for my surgery and couldn't not have been happier.
