I had to wait an hour to see him although the appointment was scheduled for one day after my call. Once he was in the consulting room, he took all the time needed to thoroughly explain my condition, with illustrations from my ocular photos, and make recommendations. He was even-handed explaining the pros and cons of surgery and patiently answered all questions. He even referred me to top docs known to handle my problem despite the fact that he is perfectly competent to handle my surgery himsel

I was referred by Dr.Katzen who is not good at spending time with his patients so when I saw Dr.Harlan initially I was shocked at how much time he spent discussing none professional conversations with his patients. I waited almost 2 hours for him to come in the room. His staff especially his photographer Kendra was extremely RUDE and uncaring. I would NOT EVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO SEE DR,JOSEPH HARLAN @ Katzen Eye Group.
