Dr. Rich is wonderful! She takes the tims to get to know not just your medical history but also to know you. She listened to everything I had to tell her and took my questions seriously. Some doctors just don't listen and then dismiss you, but not her. I highly reccomend her.

This particular doctor is more that, she acts more as a friend. Someone who listens to you and actually can relate to your situation. Always putting in the extra to make sure you understand and always looking for ways to accommodate any situation. I wish more doctors had Dr. Rich personality and hospitality.

Let me start by saying, I have not been with Dr. Rich very long but I am very grateful that I found her. she has been very pleasant and listens to all my concerns and addresses each one with compassion. The front office staff is polite and always professional. Thank you all for making my visits a great experience.
