I needed to make an appt to come to this office to help with my pain… I feel relieved
Dr. Means was excellent in every way possible. Thank You. The administration around coming into surgery was confused and very upsetting. Someone called me the day before surgery, asking which meds Stephen had been told to take. She responded that he should already stopped taking a few of them a week before. What do I do? She waffled a few times about maybe this was not necessary. I was upset by this, will we be allowed to have the surgery? She said call the drs office and ask. I did that and was told she didn't know anything about drugs. So I was fed up. The heart Dr and primary care Dr had said take this and don't take that. So we just went with that. Then the day of surgery we were called 1 hour before we were to leave that we should already be in the building so we rushed. No t a good start to the day. I had received paperwork the week beforehand saying to come to main desk from overpass from pkg garage at 12pm. We were there at 11:15 as the phone call hurried us earlier. When we got there the security told us directions verbally to get to surgery. it was very unclear. No signs, no arrows asked a lot of questions in hallways. When we got there we were handed a sheet to explain how to get there from the bridge (we could have used this earlier.). When I suggested to the woman at the desk that there were no signs the way we came in she said most people come the other way. Un satisfactory answer. Some type of administration should change as to how this problem needs to be resolved. The various offices need to be educated as to how to handle the patient check in. Really led me think this not a good hospital that is reliable and organized and really knocked the heck out of my credibility for this hospital. You Are Welcome. Dr Means was excellent in every way. Five stars.
Dr. Means is a caring compassionate Doctor who really cares about his patients, he is the best.
Excellent
Excellent! Friendly,
The staff was accommodating and the meeting with Dr. Means was informative and professional.
Very professional and caring.
This was my first visit and from walking in the door until I left, the staff and doctors treated me as a priority. I felt listened to and was even given a referral to another department too. This was refreshing since I'd been given 6-9 months wait time at another institution.
Dr. Means is very knowledgeable and professional. He doesn’t waste time. Quick and matter of fact with diagnosis and treatment. I like that. He has treated me and one of our sons a few times for different hand injuries. Rita who often schedules appointments is wonderful too.
Smooth intake process, friendly and quick. X-ray easy and quick. Physicians assistant was terrific to work with. Dr. Means clear concise and friendly. Gave me options and possible progressions. Felt like he really cared and not rushed at all. Was able to get wrist brace right there in a very timely fashion. Overall experience couldn’t have been any better. Dr. Means and his team have my highest recommendation.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
