Multiple times appointments were canceled, and we were not made aware until we arrived. Only focused on adding medications, what therapist reduces a teenager's visits to 30 minutes a month? Not a good one. I recently canceled an appointment with my daughter's regular therapist and explained the reasoning (inpatient stay due to SI). Her therapist never followed up. They are not invested in their patients just worried about getting paid. I have a negative balance on my account (due to all of the cancellations they have made after charging my copay), and they keep telling me an "office manager" will call me to help but no call is ever returned.

Two stars because one of the clinicians we worked with was good. Otherwise, they are awful people. I will not be back. They let my teenage daughter go through antidepressants withdrawals because of a bill. They had just taken a few hundred dollars from my bank and drained my HSA, then refused to talk to us until I paid more. We only saw them for 2 months! I had no more money until I got paid! But they didn’t care. Told me to pay them and call back to be seen. I sent a pleading email in hopes the owner or manager would get back to me but nothing. Since I now have to start all over with my daughter I won’t be paying them the rest of the money. Enjoy all the money you took already while leaving us sick. All you had to do was work with me on the bill and give my daughter her medicine. Also, I was supposed to be with a provider as well but she was awful too. I had a phone consult for meds. She called me an hour late! Just said “sorry”. The next time, she was late again and talked to me for 4 minutes. Then billed me about $150 for each of those! I gave up early on her.

Push multiple medications on a 16 year old girl. Asked to be made aware of treatments and then wasn’t told anything until 3 days afterwards.

I am not happy with this place. I have had three appointments over the phone and no one has called. They usually work with me but not here lately. I'm currently looking else where

The staff is nice and the place is inviting. However, the process of changing providers has been unsatisfactory. I've called twice, been told they'd call me back and haven't received a response in over two weeks. Unfortunately, I'll have to seek help elsewhere.

There office is DEFINITELY, A MUST SEE !!! They have many types of Movie & Sport Autographs, Memorabilia & Complicated Lego Structures & Vehicles. As per my opinion, I have found my new Psychiatric Doctors & they have no problem prescribing the ONLY MEDS that help me & my Mental Health which is currently fully Satisfied !!!
