List of Marsha Brown's Reviews
Dr. Marsha Brown is personable, professional, polite, and caring. She engages in conversation and talks to you about any health problem. She is very kind.
My mom has been a patient of Dr. Brown’s for many many years. I love the physician-patient relationship they have. I believe my mom’s health is in good hands under Dr. Brown’s care. However, jewel, the receptionist is very unprofessional. I’ve witnessed her interact with patients, and she is downright condescending, disrespectful, and nasty for no reason. It wasn’t until my sister experienced jewell’s nastiness when she escorted my mother to her appointment with Dr. Brown that my family had to intervene in a way that Newell should be disciplined. Hopefully this intervention will put Newell on a new trajectory to positive and improved patient interactions resulting in better customer service. Had it not been for jewell’s significant protracted unprofessional behavior, I would rate Dr. Brown 5 stars. I just can’t knowing that Dr. Brown has been informed and witnessed jewell’s behavior and has yet to correct her.
This low rating is only due to the fact that Dr. Brown’s longtime receptionist(office manager) is extremely rude. This is every encounter I have experienced with her even when I am being overly nice. I was warned by other patients but my goodness I never expected it to be that bad. However, besides that I Dr. Brown’s bedside manner and overall knowledge is exceptional. She is a wonderful doctor and a genuinely sincere person.
Her Staff and the Office manager are presented to the patients as being unprofessional with very poor customer service. the Office manager enter into the patients room while Dr. Brown is during her examination without knocking, she is very loud with patient private information. The staff need to practice soft skills when answering the phone. Dr. Brown Office Manager and Staff doesn't represent her as being professional.
I'm a new patient of Dr. Brown and the first time I went ,she took care of all my concerns , best friendly doctor
Dr. Brown is a very good Physican very caring n very helpful
Called to inquiry if they were accepting new patients and the Receptionist was very rude and quick to get me off the phone.
Dr. Brown is very intuned to me. She is very caring and empathetic to my needs. We need more doctors like her!
The only person who has been there always for my father God bless her in this backwards world
Dr.Brown is a decent doctor but her staff is awful. They are the most unprofessional bunch I've ever encountered. They will sit there and allow the phones to continuously ring. I've watched the staff put patients on hold and continue their personal conversations or cell phone calls. I've been told to come in to pick up lab forms only to get there and the office is closed. The staff will actually lie and swear that they at least attempted to contact us. This is the age of caller ID people. I'm switching doctors ASAP. I've had it

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
