The secretaries at the front desk are always welcoming and accommodating when scheduling or asking questions. The therapist and assistants are professional, compassionate and take the time to assure you understand how to properly perform the exercises without harming your recovery.

Overall great experience. The reception area personnel are friendly and very efficient. The therapists are knowledgeable and tailor the therapy to changing specific needs. I feel very comfortable due to their warm and professional manner.

Great experience with Medstar Health Physical Therapy. Haana is a very good physical therapist but also a great person and hard-working but also the assistances are very good a polite. Everyone did their part to help me get better. I recommend Haana and Medstar Physical Therapy.

I was greeted warmly the moment I walked in the door. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient. As I walked to the therapist who was waiting for me, she was already noticing the height of my cane and how I was using it. She was pointing things out to me before I even made it to the exam room. I learned so much in the first hour that I was there. The whole staff is caring, competent, and patient. I am having a great experience!
