Anya Sharif is soft spoken, a good listener, and a beautiful person. I have been coming back weekly to Anya for 3 months now (and look forward to many more sessions) because after each medical massage session, my pain and anxiety is relieved by her healing hands. With all the chaos in the world, the time with Anya is both an escape from reality and a time for mending my physical and psychological pain. With her training and intuition, Anya knows which areas to concentrate on. Her combination of assisted stretching with certain pressure points is a bonus! While each session is different, it is always the right choice. I wholeheartedly endorse Anya without reservation for your medical massage needs. Every service I’ve received at Mend has been a healing and positive experience. I attend community acupuncture, get microneedling, treatments and myofascial massages. I always leave Mend feeling grounded and relaxed. Mend is a community treasure!

Walking into Mend at Quarry Lake, I instantly noticed how chill and relaxing the environment was. Each time I’ve been there the staff has been nice and very accommodating. I’ve seen two practitioners, including Alexandra McElwee twice, and my symptoms, sciatic nerve pain, have been greatly reduced. I highly recommend Mend!
