My name is D.chambers and I don't know what's the problem with everyone else and I'm a regualar dude but I've had no problem with the receptionist or my doctor just had a lack of communication with the pharmacy on getting my medicine refills but other than that I have a great experience

These people are a freaking joke.I had a zoom meeting today and the phyc dctr comes on still on a cell phone call speaking with a client in reference to billing. After I said how unprofessional he then turns the camera and sound off without even saying hold on or anything. I had to call over several times to get the receptionist Amanda to send the zoom invite out. The therapist did a on line call session and said he couldn't fill my paperwork for short term disability because I needed to do evaluation,? I'm confused because what is it we have done then???? Like I said a freaking joke literally

They are literally very unprofessional, the epitome and definition of unprofessional. I have been in contact with them through Laura Shears It takes a village nonprofit. I dont know if they are scamming or what. ITS BEEN FIVE MONTHS THEY HAVE BEEN PROMISING ASSISTANCE TO ME THERE HAS BEEN NO HELP AT ALL. Very disorganized. People answer the phone and they are disrespectful and sound lazy like they dont want to speak. Office manager kemi hanged up phone after I been expressing my concerns for months. TRASH DO NOT FALL FOR EITHER PROGRAM U CAN DEFINITELY WASTE TIME DOING SOMETHING BETTER

I called on 11-1-21 to schedule a new person appointment the young lady who answered at 9:06 am was so unprofessional. I couldn’t understand nothing she was saying -Mumbling and I her energy was totally off. From that experience alone I wouldn’t Schedule an appointment. I can tell this office is unprofessional just by her tone .
