Dr McMillian was my breast augmentation surgeon and I certainly recommend her to others! She was friendly and easy to talk to, but she was also very straightforward about the procedure and all risks. Their payment system is reasonable but be sure to keep your receipts, they forgot a payment I made and wanted to charge me twice for anesthesia fees. I have my second post op appointment next week, and am very very happy with my results thus far.

I am very happy with the results of my surgical procedure and the entire experience with Dr.Cohen and his staff at Belcara health. My midsection (skin and muscles) had been absolutely wrecked after 3 pregnancies with big babies. I had a tummy tuck performed by Dr. Cohen and I am thrilled with my results. From the initial consultation all the way to post op, the experience has been easy and the recovery was as described by Dr.Cohen. From the initial consultation I knew I wanted Dr.Cohen to do the procedure. He was very genuine and made me feel comfortable. I had some questions after the surgery and Nurse Colleen and Nurse Erin were quick to return my calls and e-mails, and were able to see me quickly if I wanted to make a follow up appointment. I just had my 2 month post op appointment with Dr.Cohen and I couldn't be happier with my results. I never in a million years thought my midsection would look as amazing as it does. The results exceeded my expectations. Thank you Dr.Cohen for helping to get my confidence back. I would definitely return to Belcara health for any procedures in the future.

My experience with Belcara was about wellness. They were very friendly and had a good follow up. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to continue after a sever reaction to the supplements, but it was impossible to get a refund. They offered other services, but I wasn't happy about that because what happened was out of my control. I would prefer to get a refund. so make sure to not pay all at front because the do not refund no matter what!

My experience was terrible he was a surgeon through Mercy Hospital John the time when he spoke to me on the phone he was very rude/it’s been some years but I still have a problem with my right breast today and this is 2021 this is my opinion music/before my husband pass is 2012 He was still upset about the surgery I had for the breast reduction, he told me to put sock in my bra too lift my right breast we’re he mess up, He was late for my surgery, even the anesthesiologist had stated yes Dr. Michael Cohen is never on time, he never even contact my family to let them know that I came through the surgery and when family members called the hospital at Mercy Hospital they was told I was not there

All in all I would not recommend. A friend had gotten a breast enhancement done there and had great results so I went to the doctor she went to. I didn't find out until my consultation that he specialized only in breast enhancement but was also certified in other area too such as tummy tuck (which is what I wanted). This should have been a red flag but he did such a great job on my friend and had been voted one of the best so I decided to trust him. After my first surgery, I ended up with an infection and DID notify the nurse of this right away with photos and I had to come in multiple time for them to try to figure out what was going on until finally they ordered me to go get an ultrasound which I had to pay for. It ended up being a hematoma. So all that healed and was fine except for the belly button scar, the skin flap or "dog tag" as they called it and the deformed scar from the infection that left a large hole in my skin for weeks that I had to suture myself the entire time. I had to go back into surgery under anesthesia and had to pay to have them fix all that and then I had to go back in for a visible fat pocket that stuck out on the upper part of my stomach. He suctioned that out (or thought he did) but it's still there. Oh, I almost forgot. When I had to come in for the "scar revision" they called me and asked me to come in earlier and I said I couldn't so she said ok. Then called me back a few minutes later to say if I didn't they would have to cancel so I left work early to go and they still had me wait and hour to be seen....what was the point of that? Also, after my final surgery they called to tell me my follow up appointment was cancelled and didn't even bother trying to reschedule me. I never bothered going back after that. Lastly, I came in for filler for my jawline once and was talked into getting it into my cheeks instead and ended up paying double what I would have paid if I stuck to what I wanted originally but of course I thought they knew best. I had no noticeable difference to my face at all and they didn't even ask me to come back for after photos or to check in with me.

I highly recommend Belcara Health. Everyone is so caring, nice & professional. Appointments are on time.

The most impressive thing aside from Dr. Cohens insane talent and dedication to excellence… is how kind, approachable and humble he is. Dr. Cohen is know for being a master of his craft and my expectations were set at an all time high. Not only did he exceed my expectations; he set the bar higher than I could have ever dreamed of. Dr. Cohen listened to my needs/wants and tailored my surgery to provide an outcome that I didn’t even think was possible. Post surgery, I only had a small bruise and minor swelling, I didn’t take a single pain reducer and I was more than comfortable from the second I woke after surgery. I cannot brag about my experience enough! I not only want to brag on Dr. Cohens behalf, but on behalf of his staff at Belcara as well. They not only meet you with comfort and excitement, but they’re a direct reflection of Dr. Cohen and the incredible energy he brings to Belcara. I was recommended to Dr. Cohen by a friend who recently had her surgery and she was very pleased. I did my research and did have other Dr. consultations lined up. Dr. Cohen was the first consultation, and after I met Dr. Cohen I felt no need to continue my search. His professional and friendly demeanor along with his experience sold me. I was unsure of the actual size based on the sizers. Jessica the coordinator allowed me to come back several times because I was so unsure and honestly a bit nervous. During my first visit I provided Dr. Cohen pictures of "the look" I wanted to achieve, and again on the day of surgery, and put my trust in him and his staff and I am extremely satisfied. Pre Op and Post Op also gets 5 out of 5 stars, my nurse Alex was so friendly and professional and answered all my questions, and I came in with a notepad! She was very patient with me during my appointments and any time I called, if she was not available, she called me back. I could go on and on... I feel bad to see any bad reviews for Dr. Cohen, because my experience was phenomenal. And my results are exactly what I wanted. I have already recommended a few of my friends. If you have any doubts, at least set up the consultation and make that judgement for your self. Hopefully you will be as happy as I am!

Ladies, please consider looking else where if you’re looking for breast implants. I went to Dr. Cohen in 2021 for under the muscle, silicone implants. I didn’t meet him until 20 minutes before my surgery and wow, I am completely botched. My implants settled drastically far apart and low, the scars are large and very visible, and the worst is - any time I use/flex my chest muscles (even just picking something up) , my implants indent and visibly contract. My cleavage is disfigured by these muscle indentations. When I showed Dr. Cohen he literally said “wow that is horrible I can’t even look at them / don’t flex- that is horrible” and then told me it would cost another way. $4K to have them fixed. Horrible, do not recommend at all. It is not worth the risk/chance to leave disfigured.
