SCAM! I had a lot of issues with the staff. I told them before hand that I was switching to them for aid in my normal medications being continued that took years to achieve finding a balance. I personally think that they are a scam operation. I talked to a "Nurse practitioner" for a hour and a half who was supposed to take information prior to me speaking with the psych doctor. I never got to speak to psych, they gave no guaranteed on being able to fix my issue, yet wanted me to cancel the psych and therapist that I currently have so that they can properly bill my insurance before addressing if they could help with my issues. They constantly send paperwork to my email that can't be filled out, and occasionally send one trying to obtain your credit card information to be able to pay your bill if insurance doesn't cover it all immediately. Also A nurse practitioner has no business handling your medicine, let alone doing a full biopsychosocial and discussing your medicine and never letting you speak to the actual doctor your appointment was for. I hands down believe its a SCAM!

So I was supposed to have an appointment today at 10 no answer it's easy to keep track of psychiatrist and she's excellent but the therapy is poor and it's really hard to keep track I get reminders with my psychiatry appointments but not the therapy ones for some reason and I really need it

Although, I’ve only been a patient of 1 1/2 years, I want to express my humble appreciation. When I evaluate all the years of care that my family and I have received, Omi Psychiatry is truly amongst the best providers in my lifetime. Dr. Omatade administers a careful approach, and analyzes the information provided by her patients prior to providing her professional diagnoses. Even if I have a difference of opinion, Dr. Omatade has allowed me to review and or research her recommendations before administering expert advice. My experience in therapy has been amazing. My therapist is patient, understanding, and really listens. Each session leaves me feeling lighter and more confident. Highly recommend!

Dr. Omotade is a straight-forward problem-solver who is a great listener. She is very down-to-earth, yet no-nonsense. She is also knowledgeable about a wide range of treatment resources that can help in your situation. Since being in her care, I feel heard and understood and that I have a concerned and resourceful ally as part of my healing team. Additionally, the office staff are very communicative, professional, and patient-forward. They proactively reach out by phone and email to ensure that information is accurate and meds are delivered, and they relay information to Dr. Omotade accurately. Stellar practice overall!

This is by far the worst psychiatric service available. I had an appointment on Friday and told them I was out of medicine. My psychiatrist told me she would send over a script. She never did. I sent an email begging for the medication to be sent so I wouldn’t have a manic episode. Monday I called the office and was told, “the provider is out of the office but the manager (Catrena Johnson) would call me back.” She never did. I called two more times on Tuesday (Today), to finally get Ms. Johnson on the phone for her to tell me, “she got my email Saturday, but doesn’t work on weekends.” Monday is not a weekend and the medication could have been sent then. If you are looking for a mental health professional, keep looking. None exist here. Enjoy your weekend.

Psychiatrist is great. Staff, website, and administrative side of things are terrible.

I have tried this TMS treatment, and it truly works. I would encourage anyone with doubts, to do their own research, because it has truly change my life for the better. Dr. Omotade and her staff do an excellent job of explaining the process. The office is clean, well designed, with a very welcoming and comfortable feel. I never had a long wait, and they took my insurance. They are the best.

I cannot find the right words to express how grateful I am to have Dr. Omotade as my psychiatrist. She has been incredible helping me through a crisis and finding the best options for my care. I also appreciate that she lets me be an active participate in deciding the best course of action, while being transparent with my options. Front desk staff is absolutely top notch (whether in person, on the phone, or via email) going above and beyond, and it is always a friendly interaction. I feel so seen and heard, and appreciate Dr. Omotade and staff immensely.
