Had a routine vasectomy where he cut into a blood vessel causing a scrotal hematoma. When I asked him what happened during the follow-up, he responded "oh sometimes you just start bleeding." I felt as if he lied to me and attempted to hide his mistakes just hoping nothing bad would happen instead of warning me about the potential things I would be going through.
