Care at Medstar Federal Hill is always a pleasure, from the check in desk to my physician. Dr. Dart is a great physician as well as a person. His bed side manner is 5 stars. He cares about me as a patient and spends the time needed for my visit. No complaints here!

My wife and I had a truly a outstanding visit! The wait time was very short and Doctor Dart and his staff from check in to the treatment for both of us. Then Doctor Dart recognized that my wife had a problem with very low sugar and went action took control treated her and she was ok in a matter of minutes. Thank you Dr. Dart and your staff as always a job well done.

Dr Dart is a top notch doctor who always takes the time to explain any issues you may have and always recommends changes you can make to improve your situation.

Dr Dart goes to great lengths to help patients make lifestyle changes. This includes prescribing medications that are not only for diabetes but also help in weight reduction. I have gained 25 pounds recently so he doesn't let me off the hook, and gives me orders to getting rid of that weight in the next 6 months. He is truly interested in what is going on with patients lives that is contributing to their mental and physical health.
