I appreciate the professionalism shown by the staff during my yearly exam. Still not extremely happy about prior experiences from being ‘shadowed’ by mr Levin while looking at new glasses. Never mind having bought more than 6 pairs of glasses in the past. It’s the year 2023 - we are in the 21st century - and I have advanced degrees from JHU & CND. But being black says you will be treated and labeled: “A possible BLACK Suspect” and follow him throughout the store.” BC/BS + Medicare coverage don’t mean a thing…”you are still BLACK, therefore a possible suspect.” So in conclusion, would you patronize & spend your money to be treated badly? I started going there initially because of all the ‘hoopla’ raised in neighborhood papers and media re: controversial posters in the front window. I found the place likable and edgy. But, I can’t excuse racism and ignorance. I’ve battled racism and ignorance my entire life, taught by parents to treat everyone with honesty & respect. Mr Levin should learn to treat ALL his customers the same way - with RESPECT & HONESTY. Clifford Smith

I personally will not be utilizing your services in the future. If they are professional to you good. My spouse was recharged during pickup for obstacles that I had already paid for in addition my glasses were allegedly lost for over one month with no accountability from this establishment. I never received the callbacks that were committed, nor have we received our refund just excuses. There were four of us obtaining their overpriced frames and there are four of us who have decided to sever conducting business. Don't care about Noone else is experiences because this is mine and it wasn't a good one and not the first time. Then I can't even see out of them. Wasted money

Great location, service, and staff. Very happy with the in office aspects. They were understanding, comprehensive and didn't try to upsell me anything. The contacts shipped directly to my house, so no need for a return visit.
