List of Royal Minds Rehabilitation Services's Reviews
I’ve been in a lot of treatment programs, but this was the best program I’ve ever been in, I’d recommend anyone that wants recovery to go here
The turning over rate high the call Counselors don’t teach you nothing everyone still use they steal your food in the house mouse infested just a big circus if you want a place where u really want to get recovery this ain’t rather go to Powell horrible experience
I absolutely am pleased with the services I am receiving here at Royal Minds. I would advise anyone looking for help in the area of recovery to call. They will help you along while you fight the demons of addiction, with no added stress. You are guaranteed to recover and learn how to maintain sobriety. All you are expected to do is be ready, willing and open and the rest will will follow. I have not been in a treatment facility that do all that is promised upon intake. I am glad I came and truly grateful everyday I am blessed to wake up and do it ( live life on life's terms, sober ) another day. I honestly have been afforded a seat amongst a table of genuine people who genuinely care.....thanks to Royal Minds. We do Recover....💯
My time at Anchor Manor has been a wonderful experience, the family atmosphere they has given to each client has been wonderful, at the end of the day each person must make his on Choices, and I choose to submit my will and put my recovery in the Hands of God, and God lead me to Anchor Manor.
This review is being written in sound mind and body.Anchor Manor is a family owned business that puts its clients first. If they have helped myself which I consider myself to be a chronic case it's about more than profit. Thanks Mr&Ms A.My family thanks you to. Duane O Brown Sr
Needs improvement, and lots of it. If being clean but also homeless isn't a concern for you, go for it. Otherwise, you might want to think twice. The same goes for staff assaulting you. If that's not a problem for you, Anchor Manor might be acceptable.I could go on, but I'll refrain. Hopefully this place can get their act together before they end up out of business. At the suggestion of outside agencies, I've lodged formal complaints with the Behavioral Health System and the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, and I'm sure they won't approve. In response to Anchor Manor's response:1. I broke a plastic camera mount that belonged to a previous owner. Total damages (a civil matter) might have been $5 at most. I was told by the current director that it wasn't a problem, but now he's using that as an excuse to revoke housing. I was assured by this individual that I would not be sent into the streets from this program. Clearly, that was a lie. I'll add that I've been fully compliant with the program and sober (with proof) for over three months.2. Staff causing injury to a client is never acceptable. I filed a written grievance with you, the director, detailing this matter and provided photographic evidence of my injuries. You said you would respond in writing, but you never addressed the matter at all, either with myself or your staff member.
If only other treatment programs are like this, addicts will get the second chance they deserve. My friend has been in this program since January. They gave her a bed even though she is an outpatient patient. But she would be homeless without them. I understand disgruntled patients that got discharged will write all sorts, but I can tell you this program cares. They are not required to provide housing for outpatient, yet they provide housing. Not just any rubish house but clean and decent houses. To get kicked out of thier program, you must definitely be a very terrible person.
Great Organization To Work For, The Motto Is: We’re Family... Staff, Clients, Volunteers. It’s All Of Us That Makes Anchor Manor An Asset To The Community At Large.
This Peter Askins clearly doesn't know what he's talking about. In my time at Anchor Manor I saw a number of sober people end up homeless because their housing was taken. How is that supposed to help someone succeed? It sends the wrong message.I left Anchor Manor to go to another program and I'm very glad I did. The treatment is better, and the houses run much more smoothly. Be cautious with Anchor Manor. They don't stand by their word and they aren't doing what's in the best interest of their clients.
This place is amazing!! i have a little over 3 months clean and i have never felt stronger. The family like atmosphere is what keeps me pushing day in and day out bc i know that my "family" is supporting me in my recovery and that i can be an example for someone else. i know with the support of Anchor Manor now Royal Minds that my accomplishes are endless. Thank you to all the staff that has made my recovery journey thus far absolutely amazing!!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
