My mother is Dr. Risk’s patient. She had severe emphysema and COPD. She has covid and we were told by the ER to call her pulmonologist. They were unable to reach his office. Either were we. I have called 20x over 2 days. I’ve waited on hold between 11-30 mins each time. And then the phone hangs up. Unreachable doctors are entire unacceptable and should lose their license.

Dr Rizk is one of the most competent personable physicians I have ever had the pleasure to work with. He is my husband s pulmonologist for a diagnosis of copd. Dr Rizk has managed my husbands illness so that he is doing very very well. Drs bedside manner is one of the best I have ever seen. One of the nicest and down to earth doctors, and I worked in the medical field for 35 years.
