We met Dr. Kotiah too late. But she provided more concern and help in 40 min than the last 14 months of this painful colon cancer journey. Although we were hoping for a different recommendation , Hospice was hers for my mother. The last 2 weeks with hospice has provided my mom tremendous pain relief and comfort. If only we had started with Kotiah earlier, my mom would have been spared the pain, confusion, false hope and abandonment we experienced with her other oncologist.

Great Dr.! Saw me through the darkest time in my life. She always made herself available & gave me a kick in the pants when needed! Visited me in Chemo, explained everything in detail. I truly love her for her part in giving me new memories with my family and knew their names! Thank you! 11 years and counting

I was referred to Dr Kotiah by Dr Del Rivero of NIH. RATS surgery confirmed that I have many neuroendocrine tumors (DIPNECH). I have a productive cough and would like to speak to Dr Kotiah about treatment.

I highly recommend Dr Kotiah !! She actually listens to you—which you can’t really say that about many physicians for sure! Many years I was dismissed and felt unheard by other physicians, but after today’s visit, I am so relieved to have someone on my side, actually listening. Also to add she is very thorough and knowledgeable—took the time to explain everything and explain the plan. I cannot tell you enough how thankful I am to have found Dr Kotiah !!

Dr. Kotiah cares for each patient she sees and treats you like you are the only patient she has. She has great communication skills that allows you to comfortably voice any concerns to make a very clear treatment plan! She is so knowledgeable and very professional! BEST hematologist and oncologist!
