She’s a great doctor glad to have here at medstar she’s efficient and kind

Dr. Lerner appeared to be very caring and concerned during appointment but has been unresponsive to phone calls and has failed to follow-up on any further treatment. I am a Case Manager for a young lady that needs follow-up care with referrals to specialists and Dr. Lerner has left this girl hanging in limbo for months. When she finally did make the referral, she neglected to send any notes, blood work or records so it's back to square one.
