customer service. ( 0 ) Are they Perfessional ( 0 ) Doctor don't have time if u are 10 Minutes late and I Still wait almost 45 minutes she never came out to answer only one question is bad service but normally whenever I go they put me 20 to 30 minute late before they see my wife I never complain if they have me waiting in office before they see me .

Dr Diaz Montes and her team did a great job with my robotic hysterectomy and BSO, and coordinated with my general surgeon to yank my gallbladder all at the same time!

Dr. Diaz-Montes is a phenomenal GYN Oncologist. She is very knowledgeable, professional, great listener, honest, doesn't have a big ego, personable and no BS. She takes time with you and listens to you. She is not one of those 15 minute doctors or those doctors with no personality or a doctor who is on a big ego trip. Dr. Diaz-Montes is fabulous and she is an amazing surgeon too. She did 2 types of surgeries on me, abdominal and laparoscopic. I highly recommend going to see her. She is awesome. I hit the lottery when I found her and she took me on as a patient. If I could give her a 100 stars in this review I would because 5 stars are just not enough.

This was my first surgery ever, and it was perfectly uneventful. Pain was extremely minimal leaving me with just 4 tiny scars that are barely noticeable. Dr. Diaz-Montes is very kind and took the time to ensure that I fully understood my condition and options. Very grateful for all of my Mercy doctors.
